Dear William,We certainly are sorry to hear that you infact did not enjoy your stay with us here at Clarion Pointe. In seems like a lot of the issue may have been the location of the room. We are next to the highway so I could certainly understand why you would have issues with noise from the expressway. As far as the set up of the room, we do apologize but unfortunately we do have to adhere to the ADA law. We can not have anything under the sink and the sink and the toilet have to be a certain height in order to be wheel chair accessible. We understand this may not be the most appealing rooms and try this is why we discount these rooms. In the future I would invite you to maybe try our king suites. They have whirl pool tubs and sliding glass shower doors. As well as large sinks with a lighted mirror and even a lounge area. They are away from the expressway so there is not as much noise. These are more expensive than the handicap rooms and are not discounted but seems to be more your speed. If interested in the future I would be more than happy to personally give you a tour. Dear WiIlliam,Thank you so much for choosing to stay at the Clarion Pointe. Sorry about the alarm going off during your stay. Our facility is a non-smoking facility but some guest do not always follow the policy even though we charge a hefty fine of 250 for non-compliance. Unfortunately when this happens, our smoke detectors can't differentiate the difference between the smoke from a cigarette and an actual fire and there for sounds off. I'm sorry this was the case during your visit and I apologize at the time the staff did not have all the answers. Management reviewed the cameras and were able to locate the issue. We hope you give us another opportunity to WOW you in the future with no hiccups.

Dear Konneadra,We are sorry to hear that you didn't get to enjoy your full stay but always happy to have you. We have made a lot of renovations to our property and are currently in the process of updating our pictures. We certainly understand allergies and unfortunately have to follow brand standard on the detergent that we use on our property. We do go through Eco lab which is a very big chain so I would suggest asking the front desk what detergent that use for their property on future stays to avoid having this issue in the future. It was certainly a joy having you here and have a wonderful day.

We apologize that you were given any false information but a refund can not be given with out assessment of the room. I did have this room inspected and there were no signs of any pest nor were there any complaints from guest since your departure.
