Détendez-vous et renouvelez-vous dans cette retraite de TN River idéalement située sur Watts Bar, à proximité de Tellico, Kingston, Knoxville et Rockwood. Cette nouvelle maison de style artisan est nichée sur la rivière Tennessee dans la région rurale et paisible de Loudon, Tn. Cette magnifique maison offre une disposition spacieuse avec 3200 pieds carrés et peut accueillir jusqu'à 15 personnes. Il est parfait pour des vacances en famille ou une escapade romantique, et avec un quai privé, il est parfait pour s'amuser au soleil.

Cette maison à deux niveaux offre 3 chambres et 3. 5 salles de bain, et l'espace de couchage supplémentaire est disponible sur les quatre canapés gigognes. Au premier niveau, vous trouverez deux suites parentales exquises avec des salles de bains principales qui incluent des douches luxueuses et surdimensionnées pour elle et elle. Chaque chambre a une entrée sur le pont arrière qui a une grande zone grillagée avec de nombreux sièges pour que tous puissent s'asseoir et profiter du magnifique paysage. Dans toute la maison, il y a des planchers de bois franc et de carreaux qui facilitent le nettoyage et une buanderie complète pour préparer vos maillots de bain et vos vêtements pour une autre journée de loisirs et de loisirs.

Peu importe la saison, il y a de l'eau toute l'année pour la pêche et divers tournois de pêche avec accès au quai privé de la propriété. Les propriétaires de bateaux sont invités à mettre leur bateau juste en bas de la route à la rampe de mise à l'eau publique et à s'amarrer au quai de la maison à la fin de la journée. Évitez la corvée chronophage d'aller en ville pour acheter du carburant, car une nouvelle station-service est à une courte distance, située à la marina du Tennessee National Golf Course. Le golf n'est pas la seule activité disponible à proximité. Vous pouvez également explorer facilement les magasins de Turkey Creek à Knoxville ou visiter le parc national des Great Smoky Mountains. De plus, les restaurants locaux, les épiceries et d'autres attractions de la petite ville sont tous à quelques minutes en voiture.

Great River Location

The house was great for renting a boy at the nearby marina and docking it to stop for lunch and breaks from a day on the water. Plenty of space for our family. Everyone enjoyed their time here.

6 adults had a fantastic time at the lake house. We had a couple of minor things come up but the owner was very quick to reply and made sure we were satisfied with his response. House was a little difficult to find, as there is a new home being built off the same driveway and we got confused at first. The hill to the water is steep. A lot of time spent on the screened in back porch! Perfect for what we needed it for.

4 day get a way

Good Stay, plenty of room. Boat Dock was a huge success for fishing and swimming. Family loved the back deck. Garage should have been cleaner. Weeds needs to be cut. Last guess at your place never took the garbage to the road. Both red cans were full when we got there. We took their garbage and ours to the road at top of the hill. Overall very pleased with our stay. Would like to stay again someday,

Loudon stay

Beautiful home and perfectly located in Loudon near plenty of stores.. driveway is a tad steep and walk to the water is also steep but overall one of the nicest cabins we have rented and i rent quite often. Beautiful view of the water and nice large dock on the water. Would definitely rent this again

Great lake house getaway

Beautiful lakefront property

We had a great time at the property. The main living level is nice because it has two master bedrooms with attached bathrooms and an additional powder room. The basement sleeping arrangements are unusual. On bed space does t have a door and the the other room has three beds in it. It worked for our college age children because they don’t require much privacy yet. We used the paddle boards and the owner was very helpful making sure the paddles arrived so we could experience paddle boarding on the lake. The hill down to the water is very steep and could be difficult for anyone elderly or with knee problems etc. We would recommend this property to anyone wanting a lake week in Eastern TN. Family vacay

Overall we had a great experience. One issue came up with the a/c but the owner was very responsive and had it resolved quickly. Only feedback would be the outdoor seating areas could use cleaning regularly prior to guests staying. The inside was spotless and everything in the description was accurate. Tennessee wedding trip.

The house was amazing, all descriptions are accurate. We had between 4 and 12 people depending on the day and we had plenty of room and privacy. We had one hiccup, that being the water heater died on the second day. Pretty big hiccup and I thought maybe give 4 stars but the owner handled it very well. While we did have to take cold showers for the wedding he was very responsive and had his manager come out to check that day and managed to get a plumber out on a Saturday morning. I can’t blame him for the breakdown, things happen. His response was fast and he did the best he could. Wish the weather had been better and we could have enjoyed the fire pit and dock area. Both are lovely. We did enjoy the screened in porch both in the mornings and evenings. Would 100% recommend and stay again! Thanks Joe!

Couples Golf Get A Way

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was spacious and offered a variety of amenities. We did not use the outdoor fireplace as it was located down a steep walkway. There were no chairs and the firepit was filled with leaves and cans. Outdoor decks were also covered with leaves. Both the indoor and outdoor furnishings are getting tired and need to be replaced. The house was clean and we had a good time.

Awesome river front property! The boat traffic was minimal.

My freinds and I came together to reunite and relax while having a good time on the water. The home is very nice! The furnishings are getting a little tired but it is rental. I'm sure there is a reason the furnishings are low quality. I'm sure in this environment people are ruff on furnishings.

Wonderful house.

House was great layout for family. Joe was most responsive to our needs. Unlike many other rentals, house was fully stocked for kitchen, bathrooms, etc. We rented a boat from Long Island Marina and docked at house for 3 days. Great memories. Great house! Would highly recommend

Could have been a 10, but a major disappointment

This house must be new to the rental market as it was no where near ready for anyone, and does not have many of the common items you expect in a home for 12-15 (description differs). The pictures in the ad must have been some time ago. We arrived to find an unclean house, and had to re-wash all the linens as we were unsure they had been changed - the beds were in disarray, and wet towels were in the dryer; dishes in the dishwasher too. A dirty blanket (had twigs and leaves on it like it had been used outside) and a blood-stained pillow were found on one bed; hair was found in one of the showers. Doors & windows were unlocked, so it seemed like someone had left and not secured the property. The kitchen was lacking simple things like a can opener (we had to buy one) and storage containers needed for a family. Same with dresser space - there were only a couple of drawers in 2 rooms and like 10 hangers in the entire place. The doorknob came off the hall closet on first pull, and the under-counter corbel was on the counter when we arrived, broken. There were no paper towels, but mostly not a stitch of toilet paper was there on our arrival. After our first fierce rain, the downstairs window leaked onto the bedding and bed - judging by the water stains, this was not the first time. The downstairs bath's faucet leaked all over the counter each time the water was turned on. Also not in the listing is just how steep this driveway is and the cement drive down to the dock - it's really not suitable for young children at all. The "garage" playroom with foosball had empty beer cans around, and leaves/debrie blown into the space making it very messy, unappealing and was not like the picture at all - we did not use it. The owner fielded all my concerns and reports to him, but really, when you are paying top dollar in a state you have never visited, you expect so much more. This house is in a great location, has many nice features and finishes, and the views from the deck and dock are one-of-a-kind; we observed many a beautiful sunset there. However, all and all, it needs major TLC and to add many of the basic items people need during a family vacation. Cleanliness for future guests needs improvement and verification. As I said, could have been a 10, but it was sort of a dud. If improvements and corrections are made, I would support its location and size for a large family staying in the area.

Quiet location, little boat traffic

Plenty of space for 7 of us. The dock was easy access, but is very very steep. Your own camp chairs are suggested. Master shower was great and multiple access doors to outside throughout was nice. Boats have to be tied on side of dock, the slip is occupied. The front knocks the boat around too much when a wake comes in. This blocks getting on and out of the water easily. But using the boat ladder was an option.

Great time!

Great location and space for family to get away! Fishing off the dock, and watching the sun set is what we needed. Bit low on paper supplies (toilet/paper towels), but nothing a quick run to town couldn’t remedy and joe offered to reimburse. Would stay again!
