« This is our second stay. They are constantly upgrading the property. The unit was immaculate. The living area was spacious. The private parking off street was well lit. Access to interstate quick. Communication with owner was immediate. He is a very pleasant man. You will not go wrong here at a good value. And, no, I was not paid for this. 😊 »

« It was a very cute place, it was clean and had all that we needed. There are a couple of things that did need attention. The couch was NOT comfortable at all, it had no cushioning at all to it, you sat and all you felt was springs. If they reupholster the couch or got a bigger couch it would be better. The little desk had a nail sticking out of it. Other than that it was a nice place. »

« Home was comfortable for 2 people. Kitchen well stocked. Individual ac /heater units a bit tricky to operate - maybe operator error. Living room couch should be positioned so not to bump your head on counter. Bathrooms clean and spacious. Could use some hooks to hang clothes. Quiet neighborhood. Great outdoor seating. »

« We felt very comfortable in this updated nice size one bedroom triplex. It had everything you might need and good streaming service and Wi-Fi. It was easy to drive anywhere from it, and we liked the quiet neighborhood. The living space was very comfortable and it was a breeze cooking in the kitchen. « To start the hosts are amazing. Daris Reno is awesome, from communication to restaurants she was so helpful. She checked on us throughout the stay. This home is centrally located and humble coffee right around the corner is wonderful. The neighborhood is very safe and friendly. We never felt unsafe or unwanted. You are a 3-5 min drive from Central (Route 66) and all the restaurants and bars in Nob Hill. The home is very nice and updated. Wifi is great and two people can work from the home....

« The house was very clean and pretty well stocked. Really cute electric fireplace. Big airy living room with open floor plan to the kitchen. Two bathrooms was a bonus. The neighborhood seemed a bit concerning at first (being just outside of downtown) but turned out to be quite nice and very centrally located. The nearby restaurants were good especially Cocina Azul which was exceptional! »

« Home was no frills but exceptionally clean and in a great location for both walking to old town or getting on hwy 40 to go out of town on day trips. I was with my husband this time, but with room for 6, it would be great for a girls trip. Felt very safe. »

« This was the sweetest little adobe and the owner spared no expense. Clean, well equipped and really close to airport and downtown. I even felt secure in the neighborhood despite my original opinion. Sad to see it was on the market to sell. They did a great job with this little adobe! »

« Steve was very responsive with all communications. He even greeted us upon arrival and let us in and showed us a few things. As advertised, If you can make do with small microwave and refrigerator and without a ‘kitchen’ sink, coffee pot & chest of drawers…this will work for you. Bed was comfortable. BRING YOUR OWN TOILET PAPER, SOAP, SHAMPOO, PAPER TOWELS AND KLEENEX! 1) Poor Communication: Property manager did not communicate or send door code until I messaged via VRBO app and texted as we were preparing to board our flights. « This property was comfortable, roomy, clean and the owner made it easy. We came to town for a wedding and had different age groups and families stay at the house. This house is in a great location in Los Lunas. The game tables and outdoor area was a bonus. They got used a lot. »
