Centrally located in the coveted "West of Fairfax" zone of WeHo, the home delivers privacy & security behind iron gates and towering hedges. When you step into this sanctuary called “Modern Oasis", it will take your breath away.
The warm atmosphere and setting is filled with sweeping floor-to-ceiling double paned sliding glass doors that wash the home in natural light. Arriving guests enter through a welcoming foyer into a single space holding living, dining, family and modern kitchen; all of it unfolds surrounded by leafy views & natural greenery on 3 sides.
High-style & functional touches include a prep island with seating, state of the art stainless appliances, 7 private patios, 4 full bathrooms; 3 of which are en-suite, an architectural stairway with skylight, and a beautiful stone wall in the television area.
Two large bedrooms with huge closets and two full bathrooms, complete with walk-in showers finish the lower level.
Proceeding to the 2nd level, you’ll step onto the striking skylit stairway and enjoy two more spacious primary suites with private balconies, walk-in closets and full spa-like bathrooms featuring a walk-in shower, dual sinks and large bathtubs. A third quaint skylit bedroom, with twin bed, is ideal for small children.
These 2nd level retreats feature treetop views with a total of 4 private balconies.

I booked this Vrbo based on the number of positive reviews of the property and of the host. So, my expectations were high to start. I was shocked when we checked in and the property completely exceed my expectations. It’s an absolutely beautiful and quiet sanctuary in bustling Hollywood. The host was so kind and communicative and made our stay very welcoming. If you’re looking in this neighborhood - look no further. You will be happy here! We can’t wait to go back.

Lovely, quiet escape that's also close to shops, coffee, food. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The layout of the house was perfect for our family gathering, with space for everyone to spread out, as well as welcoming shared spaces for eating, hanging out, watching TV, etc. The kitchen was well-appointed. This was a beautiful house with great living spaces that worked well for our group of 8 people, and with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms.Two of us also have chemical sensitivities and the host was incredibly helpful in making sure we had fragrance free bedding and towels. We would rent here again in a heartbeat.

The property is impressive, felt private, and was on a quiet street. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants and down to Melrose within minutes. Parking for 2 cars behind a secure gate, any more requires a permit to park on street. Lots of communication with the owner! He was very kind. The star of the show was the backyard with floor to ceiling windows overlooking a relaxing backyard with lots of trees.We sat out every morning.

This house was even better than described and PERFECT for 3 generations attending UCLA graduations. There were 7 of us, ages 17-79. Communication with Fred (the amazing host) was great from booking through check-out. The neighborhood feels safe, and the house is walking distance to restaurants, shopping, markets. Our family would definitely stay here again.

Terrific property in perfect location
My family of 5, my mother-in-law, and two friends stayed here for a week. The location was surprisingly quiet but within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants, and the home itself was beautiful and well maintained. Communication with the host was excellent. We couldn’t have been happier with the rental and plan on coming back to this property on our next trip to LA!

Just perfection
We were in town for my high school reunion, we needed some time just for us. This home is beautiful and well laid out. It was probably too big for just two, but I would definitely book again, and most likely will. Fred, the head garage can associate, (sorry inside joke) was extremely detailed oriented and very good at his communication skills, he’s actually the host.

Exceeds expectations in every way!
Based on the listing and many five star reviews, I expected this property to be something special. We stayed at the house for four nights with a group of friends and family for our daughter’s college graduation. The photos on the property listing do not begin to convey the loveliness of the space. The high ceilings and large rooms create a light and expansive center, which is surrounded by trees and green space all around. It’s a perfect combination of openness and light, while creating a feeling that you are surrounded in your own private forest.
I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a city rental house that was as quiet and serene. The artwork and decor are gorgeous, it’s clearly a house that is loved and cared for by the owners.
On the practical side, it’s great to have a spacious bedroom and bath for every room (We didn’t use the twin bed bedroom, but it would be ideal for a small child). No one had to feel like they got the “bad bedroom” because there isn’t one. I’m picky about bedding and towels, the beds were super comfortable and the towels looked brand new.
Fred was accommodating and responsive, quickly responding to any texts with questions or concerns.
I would absolutely stay here again and can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone.

Great Host and Amazing Home!
First off, Fred is the nicest and most accommodating VRBO host I’ve encountered. He made sure everything we needed was taken care and checked on our group before and during the trip. Fred is a gem.
The home is absolutely spectacular. It’s perfect for a large group, especially couples. The landscaping and outdoor spaces were serene. The bedroom and common area finishes screamed “Hollywood!” The home is centrally located to the nicest areas of Los Angeles. Downtown, Hollywood, and Beverly Hills are all within a 20-minute drive.
I could go on and on about how great our stay was. You will be amazed with this stay!
