Pas top
Hôtel bien situé à Santa Barbara, belle chambre, super salle de bain. Par contre 55$ par jour pour le parking et uniquement Valet donc à chaque fois ils espère un pourboire ce qui fait très cher le parking et cela n’est indiqué nulle lors de la réservation, ni sur le site de l’hôtel ou alors bien caché. Plus aussi des frais 35$ par jour et je ne suis pas sûr si j’avais déjà payé cela au moment de la réservation

Tres bien. L’hôtel est propre est bien placé. Le service de l’hôtel est ok. Check in et check out assez rapide cependant le personnel est ok, ils font leur job mais ne sont pas particulièrement aussi accueillant que dans les autres hôtels de même type. Pour les services ils factures 25$/j/pers le frais de resort en plus du prix de la chambre. Ce qui comprend eau, location vélo. L’eau de ma chambre n’était pas remplie chaque jour…. En résumé, hôtel de qualité, service un leu en dessous.

Attention à la fraude
Les clients hotels.com ne sont pas appréciés. En plus du personnel peu serviable, l'hotel ma facturé de façon abusive les frais de restauration d'une autre chambre. Comble de l'incompétence, l'hôtel a également prélevé sur ma carte le séjour alors même que celui ci était déjà payé sur hotels.com.

Chambre beaucoup plus petite qu'annoncé lors de la réservation. Personnel peu arrangeant et répondant que c'est une surface moyennee, que certaines chambres peuvent donc être beaucoup beaucoup plus petites. Le personnel de l'hotel semble ne pas apprécier les clients hotels.com.

Easy walk to beach for daily salt water grounding. Close enough to several great coffee and smoothie options including the one in lobby. Easy access to freeways. Super friendly staff. Gym was adequate but limited with space they have available. Beds and pillows were great room lighting system super easy to control all lights from several spots! Highly recommend overall.

All the staff were great. Professional and friendly they made sure all requests were met. The room was comfortable, spacious and spotlessly clean. The roof top restaurant served an ample breakfast with great sea and city views. I hope to return someday.

Where to begin. No parking lot for self parking. Just street parking that is impossible to find on weekend. Valet is $55 per night which is crazy. Charge you $35 per night for amenities which was only a bar of soap. Shower gown had make up stain on it. Location was good since it’s like 5-10min away from santa monica pier and street. Ocean view? Lol it’s partial. Can barely see it in some room. It was super noisy at night for some reason. I could hear people talking through the walls.

We enjoyed a wonderful 3-day weekend @ The Huntley. The property is beautiful, and every single employee we encounter was friendly, accommodating and welcoming. The ocean view from our room was spectacular, and the hotel was just a block from the beach. Perfect!

The pentahiuse restaurant, view, service and location within the walking distance from santa monica beach, many great restaurants. Excellent and friendlyest staff 👏 👍 👌. Also private pick up and drop off with in 3 miles of area. One of pick up location for LA city tour and Surf city tours. We enjoyed our weekend gateway .

The room was built so that there is a gap between the bathroom and bedroom wall. You can hear EVERYTHING that happens in the bathroom with the loudest, surprising toilet flush. Also the hot tub area was dinky and across the valet parking entrance, so very inconvenient and strange. The actual hot tub was not clean. Our bathing suits needed several cleanings.
