This hotel is mythic and the location is perfect. Super friendly. The poolside is perfect to take a nap. Rooms are pretty. The only thing that’s not so great is the price for the parking, $65 for the whole day.

Le personnel est très serviable et poli La chambre était petite l'air climatisé fonctionnait mal à mon arrivé, il n'y avait pas de cafetière dans la chambre ni de bloc notes ni de stylo la femme de chambre est parti avec un verre dale et n'en n'a pas rapporté d'autre il ne nous en restait qu'un il y avait aussi une restriction interdisant aux gens de consomer leur alcool dans la chambre au bar on accepte pas l'argent comptant c'est la première fois de ma vie que je vois ça il me semble qu'un commerce peut refuser une carte de crédit, toutes les cartes de crédit, les chèques,les cartes de débit, mais que de refuser de l'argent c'est illégal puisque c'est le seul moyen de transaction reconnu par le gouvernemet. Bref le personnel vraiment parfait à tout point de vue mais l'hôtel cheap le plus cher que j'ai vu

This hotel is like my second home. Always perfect. The location is in the heart of Hollywood. Nice pool, nice room. Everything is perfect. The problem is when you go to your checkout. They send you the bill by email but I’ve never received my bill. I have payed but I don’t have the details.

歴史あるホテルなので、老朽化しているのを覚悟して、歴史にふれたくて宿泊しました 本当に歴史ある重厚な建物で、とても素晴らしかったです 部屋に入ると、広くてとてもきれいで大満足でした 毎日清掃もあり、タオルチェンジもありますし、アメニティのシャンプーやボディクリームも高級なもので、癒されました 。なんと言ってもハリウッドに徒歩で行け、地下鉄の駅も2分、最高のロケーションに、スタッフの方も皆さんとても親切で気持ちよく過ごせました また是非泊まりたい、おすすめのホテルです

We were excited to stay here for my daughter’s 21st birthday. The room was mediocre at best, the food was not fantastic and the drinks were limited and horribly overpriced. Half the items on the menu were unavailable and the staff just looked at you instead of helping us. We sat down in the Tropicana bar and eventually had to get up to ask for help as the bartender was on his phone. The room was ok, lots of noise from the ac outside and the maids knocked on our door every morning at 8am even though the do not disturb sign was on the door. We even had it locked and they tried to come in

I had a two day stay and when I checked in, they conveniently did not tell me they were closing the pool all day the only full day I was there. There are many nice hotels in that area, and I would not have stayed there if adequately notified.

The hotel is located in a small block of tourism in the midst of a larger neighborhood of downtown demise. The old Hollywood vibe is lovely. The restaurant at the front of the hotel (25*) was serving a limited menu due to a convention. The menu was disappointing, but the staff were downright disinterested and disconnected. The rest of the stay was lovely.

During our stay they closed the pool area for a private party, and then a day later the lobby for another private event. No “sorry”, no compensation, just tough luck for us. One of the two elevators broke down the day we arrived, and was not fixed during our 5 night stay. The hotel has 12 floors so imagine how much time we wasted waiting…and waiting…and they did not open the stairwell doors so that we could even walk up to our floor. Room was dirty on arrival, safe was broken, and the window would not open and close properly. Bar staff ignored us twice, and the restaurant staff was largely indifferent.

We liked the old-school vibe of the hotel, found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, and liked to the location. We would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, there was horrible noise from the water pipes and AC system constantly. It sounded like there was construction going on, we were woken up numerous times during the night. Also, the water pressure was fantastic, but the drainage was terrible. You showered in ankle deep water. Definitely not worth the rates they charged, would not recommend
