Séjour du 20 au 22/5/2024:le 21 soir on a dîné au 7ème étage avec mon cousin ZEN ABEDINE Fares et on a réglé la facture sur place. Je découvre que pour le même soir,j’étais facturé en plus 2 dîners que j’ai jamais eu(51,01 9,18 5,72$) et(50 9 5,61$).Donc j’ai payé le dîner 3 fois.Je demande le remboursement

Biased pricing
Ridiculously small room (even a small luggage doesn't fit. Poorly sound proofed toom despite the hotel being recently built. Charge an extra mandatory $35 per day for amenities (gym, roof top pool etc) irrespective if you use them or not. This unethic behaviour is making Hotels.com's price comparison worthless. Such behavoir should not be acceted on the site. Only positive thing was the friendly staff.

L'hôtel est très agréable, récent et bien situé, le personnel sympathique. Le ménage n'est fait que sur demande, nous l'avons demandé une fois lors de notre séjour, mais il n'a pas été fait. Le parking est très cher, et surtout, non indiqué sur le site d'Hôtels.com

Hôtel agréable mais la personne qui nous a accueilli plutôt antipathique. Tout confort, propre, mais parking à 50 dollars la nuit…!! Petite piscine au dernier étage avec possibilité de manger quelque chose mais…service extrêmement lent : ayez beaucoup de patience ou allez ailleurs.

Superbe hôtel, propre et agréable. La terrasse sur le toit donne une vue époustouflante sur Hollywood. Attention le stationnement est une arnaque, il demande 50 US la nuit pour l’utiliser. C’est difficile de ce stationner dans les rues autour… donc compter un 50 US additionnel par nuit.

Bien mais bruyant
Hôtel plutôt bien. Les chambres sont très petites mais plutôt confortables. Salle de bain bien et literie confortable. En revanche il y a une boîte de nuit à ciel ouvert juste en dessous avec de la musique très forte jusqu’à 3h du matin ce qui est très contraignant.

I booked a room with a tub and i paid for it. When i arrived the front desk it was a lady who did the checked in for me she was extremely rude and angry and it was very obvious she dealing with mental illness. I went upstairs and checked the room there was no tub and the it was different than what i paid for. I came back to front desk and ask her can you tell why i didn’t get a room that i paid for, She said oh we don’t have that room available so why you charge me for that price since it wasn’t available!!? Then she said it is what it is. Really!? If you want you can cancel it and return the key. This is most ridiculous thing i have ever seen for booking a hotel. Even though i contacted the Expedia to tell them what happened they call this hotel and said front desk told them they already upgraded the room but they lied to them there was no upgrade at all. Don’t even waste your time and money to book with this hotel they have rudest front desk you can ever imagine. I will never ever going back to this location amd i don’t recommend it to anyone!

The Godfrey is off Sunset so less touristy than Hollywood Bl which I love. The rooms are quite small and were really tough to navigate. There isn’t really anywhere for your luggage. And forget about unpacking. For the same price I could have stayed somewhere with a bit larger room. I didn’t love that. You can tell the hotel was made for efficiency. However, the staff was lovely and the rooftop is a great vibe. There is a pool. The Hollywood sign in the backdrop. And walkable to some of the hottest nightlife. It’s a great spot. Prepare yourself for a small room.

Can hear everything from the inside out. I think the walls and door are too thin. People coming in and out their rooms is easily heard or if house keeping is cleaning next room it’s again easily heard. So if you need to rest throughout the day, not a good hotel to stay.

Ich habe zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel übernachtet, leider wurde mir trotz “VIP Access” ein winziges Zimmer zugeteilt, in welchem es schon eng war einen großen Koffer zu öffnen. Beim auschecken habe ich meine Koffer im Luggageroom geparkt, als ich diese abholen wollte musste ich jedoch 30 Minuten warten während mein uber bereits vor der Tür stand, weil die Rezeption mit mit einer Person besetzt war. Das Hotel ist ansonsten schön ausgestattet und liegt gut.

Property was very clean and nice. Food was good thought it would be small portions but it was delicious and filling. But they charged me for the hotel even though I already booked it a week ago and had to wait for a refund but besides that all good.

The Godfrey was super nice for a quick trip to LA. The staff was super hospitable and the facilities was clean and current. The beds swallowed me up and the showers had the right temperature and right pressure. The rooms a little small but had spots for all of my belongings. Also I loved how prompt valet was, when we called the car was ready before us. I would definitely come back. The Cons: you definitely can hear the music from the rooftop and the bottom floor, but I was so tired I couldn’t care less. This is a lively area so you will hear everything from the street. The food and drinks were a little pricey and need a little help. My calamari was overcooked, and the lobster rolls were a little dry, and needed a little more seasoning. Breakfast was basic but I feel like you could get better from somewhere in the area. The drinks are $20 each but again when you are on Vacation who cares. I definitely would come back, I would just dine Elsewhere.

I had to leave the hotel due to the AC unit not wiring in the room. I called multiple times to get front office before an engineer was sent to the room and then another one who thought switching out the filter was going to fix the problem and who lectured me on keeping the shades in the room down so it don’t heat up. My daughter and I literally did not touch anything on that room. Changing the filter did not fix the problem and they wanted to give me and my minor daughter two separate rooms or have us in one bed, absolutely not!! Per Alexis, the front office supervisor, I should be receiving a full refund but it has yet to hit my account.

A really nice boutique hotel walking distance to Hollywood Blvd. The social spaces on the lobby level and rooftop have are nicely designed. Beds are super comfortable and the shower has great water pressure.
