Très decu
Très déçu par cet hôtel, chambres correctes mais très mal insonorisées. Personnel peu aimable et service déplorable. Ni accueil pour touriste ni consigne pour les bagages. Le ménage n'est pas fait tous les jours (soit disant a cause du covid). On s'attend à beaucoup mieux pour ce prix. Seul le petit déjeuner (payant) est copieux. Je n'y retournerai pas.

The staff weren't very friendly and leading up to the stay, I called and got hung up on or transferred to the wrong department several times. Also, I got followed to my hotel room by a man and if I hadn't taken precautions, something terrible could've happened to me. The security measure between the gamblers and the hotel guests should be heightened.

I booked thru Expedia a king size bed but was given 2 full size beds. Couldn’t change cause it came from 3rd party. That was inconvenient beds were small so my wife and I had to sleep in separate beds

The casino was dirty and busy. The pool was conveniently closed and the restaurant was also closed at random times. The room was average but the bed was hard and the vents in the room were dirty, and the shower head was falling off. At check in they didn’t give me the WiFi code and when I tried to call downstairs when I needed it around 11:30pm no one at the front desk would answer ever. The casino was run down there was trash on the floor and the coffee and drink station was gross. I saw a prostitute at the bar and a man asking her about her services. I left the bar as soon as I heard this. The hotel is sketchy and did not feel comfortable there at all! The security was even odd!

Commerce Hotel is better than I expect and worth for its price. The room is clean and tidy. Parking is free and easy to find a space. Outside is convenient and safe.
