The Space:
You'll be spoiled with the luxury of being just 3 blocks from the nearest beach, where you can soak up the California sun and breathe in the salty coastal air. It’s a quick 30-minute ride to Disneyland and Orange County, while closer to home you’re only minutes from legendary Belmont Shores shops and restaurants. After adventure-filled days, retreat to your private oasis and enjoy a rejuvenating dip in the pool, a serene soak in the hot tub, or spend quality time around the fire pit. Don't just dream of a memorable vacation- make it a reality at The Belmont Beach Bungalow!

This spacious home was built in 1939 and renovated with a South Seas, nautical flair over the years, with completely unique, handcrafted touches throughout. The open, ranch-style floor plan is light, airy, and incredibly inviting. The cozy living area with wood burning fireplace and LED smart TV leads into the dining area with a formal dining table and breakfast nook for seating. The kitchen is open to both dining areas with state-of-the-art appliances, granite countertops, and everything you need for cooking and entertaining.

This home sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 is the primary suite featuring a Captain’s quarters theme with king size bed, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and patio access.

Bedroom #3 has a queen size bed.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- The home has an additional bathroom with walk-in shower.
- There is an additional fee of $75 per day to heat the POOL AND SPA/HOT TUB. If you would prefer for these to be heated, please let us know of this request ahead of your stay. To add this to your stay please contact us prior to arrival.
- 2 covered parking spaces are available in the garage. Additional parking spaces on the street.
- Washer and dryer in unit.
- Two cameras are located on the property - a Ring security camera on the front door and a camera facing the alley behind the garage. These cameras actively record for security.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay! Very comfortable when your away from home. Our kids loved the pool and jacuzzi after a long day at the theme park. Owners very responive to any needs. Many restaurants and stores close by, as well as grocery! The only negative I can say is we could have used a can opener, and a large frying pan. It was a bit of a challenge when cooking for a family of 6. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay!

Fantastic Place

The service and responsiveness was 5+ stars. We had some early arrival needs that they accommodated really well. The location was perfect. Short walk to town for food, shopping or coffee and the rest of the time it was quiet. I highly recommend this place because the pool, hot tub and gas outdoor fire pit meant you didn’t need to go to the beach unless you wanted too. Bedrooms and living space opened right onto the pool, patio. This place was FANTASTIC!

Perfect Long Beach Location

Very nice place with all amenities, except there wasn't any laundry soap as the welcome book implied there would be. Pool/hot tub was exceptional. Loved the 2 car garage option, especially because street parking was minimal. We would definitely use this again in the future!

Overall the location was PERFECT. We had a bit of trouble getting into the property but I was able to contact Adrian who was super helpful and accommodating. Perfect location for walking to restaurants and night life. Would visit again!

Great location! Nice house and pool.

We paid the extra for the heated pool and glad we did. We spent hours sitting in the sun (and rain) in the 82/83 degree pool. Restaurants are amazing on 2nd and an easy walk so you don’t have to deal with parking. Highly recommend. Manager was very helpful and responsive.

Wonderful Family Vacation

The property was beautiful. The rooms were very spacious and there was enough room for everyone. The pool area was amazing. However, we did not know that there was no AC unit but most days the breeze was sufficient. We also did not know that we had to request the jacuzzi at the onset of our stay. Other than that the place was amazing! I would stay again.

Great house in Long Beach

This house was great for our family. The three bedrooms and two baths worked well for us. Be aware that there isn't any air conditioning so it can be hot during the night but otherwise everything was fantastic. It is a 30 minute drive to the Angels game and Disney and about an hour and a half to Hollywood and the Dodgers game due to traffic. If you would like to go to the beach, it is about a ten minute drive but the marine is close. We would definitely stay there again!

Beach Bungalow

We selected Beach Bungalow for the layout of the house, pool, jacuzzi and location. The space in the dining area was perfect for eating and playing games. Location is very walkable. Unfortunately, it was very hot during our stay, the bungalow has no AC. Now the weather isn’t the fault of the property but how you manage the situation for your guests is! The listing posts that there are fans in all rooms to keep the house cool, this is untrue. Kitchen eating nook and third bedroom do not have ceiling fans, note the primary bedroom did have one portable fan.Primary sliding door have NO screens The heat during our stay was HOT! It was difficult to cool the house down! The weather isn’t the fault of the property but how you handle for guests is. The extra charge of $75 a day to heat the pool and jacuzzi is excessive! Not to mention on the day of arrival we spent time cleaning the patio decking around pool and netting the pool. The dryer was overloaded with towels sheets and pillow covers. Also the welcoming snacks were all expired? All lights bulbs and remotes need to be working. There were several lights out and remote for fan in guest room batteries were dead. The point of this review is to inform you of the experience at this property. All of these issues are easily corrected, and didn’t ruin our trip. We had a great time with our family and created wonderful memories. We just hope that property management hears the message, YOU WANT A FIVE STAR then be FIVE STARS! DO BETTER!

New listing was very nice

As this is the first review of the property, I wanted to start with highlighting the positive aspects. This is a very nice, beautifully landscaped, well appointed, three-bedroom house. The living areas are very well done, and the outdoor pool Jacuzzi relaxation space is ideal. The issues that we had with the property had more to do with the first time nature of the rental with this particular management company. there were minor hassles entering the property there was also some thing I want pointed out which is there is a significant up charge for using heat in the hot tub and pool. The $75 charge per day I think is exorbitant as I can’t imagine that the cost is that much, but don’t know for sure. And in my opinion any facility offering a hot tub should provide that heat to said tub. Other than those teething issues and points of personal frustration. I would highly recommend enjoying this lovely home.
