Welcome to your surfer's haven, perfect for families, beach aficionados, and surf enthusiasts! Just moments from the Long Beach shores, this spacious abode promises both relaxation and exhilarating wave rides. After riding the perfect wave, return to unwind in our expansive backyard. From basking in the sun to challenging each other in a variety of outdoor games, there's never a dull moment here. Whether you're carving waves or creating backyard memories, dive into laughter and leisure with us!

**Guest Access**
- The guest have access to all areas of the house except the cleaner's closet.
- Parking: Only 3 regular-sized cars can park inside a gated driveway.
- The garage is converted into a hang out room with games to play! It is not available for parking.

**Other Things to Note**
~ 🐶Pets: We allow pets and we charge $250 per pet per stay.
~ ⏰Early Check-in: We have a $75 Early check-in fee. not earlier than 12pm, that will be charged given that it is available as confirmed by the house. Please inquire early check-in through the messages and not on the app as we won't see them coming.
~ ⏰Late Check out: It is for free but no later than 12pm, so long as we get confirmation from the cleaners and we have no back to back bookings. Host must approve through messages.
~ 📅For stays 29 nights or more: Guests will have to sign a rental agreement with us and will undergo background check and credit check as an additional requirement.
~ 🧹Mid-stay Clean: Only a starter kit is provided to the guests in terms of essentials. If you’ll need me more, it’ll have to be at your expense. We offer mid-stay clean for the same rate as your cleaning fee. This includes standard cleaning, changing of linens, disinfection and re-supplying the starter kit.
~ 🔍Lost and Found - If you ever left an item behind and have requested to have it shipped, we will have to charge a $50 convenience fee + whatever is the shipping cost.
~🤚🏻Additional Amenities/Special Request - For any requests such as an air mattress or Pack 'n Play, please inform us at least 48 hours prior to your check-in. This will allow us to adequately prepare for your arrival. Failure to provide this notice may hinder our ability to meet your expectations in a timely manner. Thank you for your understanding.
~🚗Parking: If you decide to park on the street. Please READ the street signs to know when street cleaning days and regulations are because hosts are NOT responsible for guests’ parking tickets.
~ 🧰Maintenance: Please note that we strive to maintain our home in excellent condition for every guest. Before making a reservation, we would like to inform you that our maintenance team conducts regular visits to perform tasks such as “servicing the pool”, "taking out the trash", "watering the grass" etc. Basically anything to maintain the house in a good condition.
~ 📫Mailboxes: Per regulations, guests are not allowed to use the mailboxes on site. You may have Amazon packages delivered to the door and also use nearby post office boxes for mail. We would not be liable for any lost packages.
~ 👮Security Deposit: Please know that a refundable security deposit of $500 will be place on hold a couple of days before your check-in day and shall be released a few days after your check out given that there are no damages to the house.
~ 🎥Cameras: Our home is equipped with surveillance devices ONLY located OUTSIDE the premises of our home for extra security. We DO NOT have cameras inside the house.

# General House Rule:

~ Do not move our furniture. If you have to, please put it back the way you found it.
~ Do not litter around the neighborhood.

~ For any violation listed in our additional house rules, we may charge a fee ranging from $300-$1000 depending on our cost or losses.

Wonderful home! Lovely Garage Setup.

Truly a lovely spot, me and several friends wanted to book a place in the heart in the Long Beach to enjoy the weekend - and it turned out to be a hit!The garage was setup with a pool table, games, and even a large tv for movie viewing. It was a really enjoyable experience, and I would highly recommend this spot to anyone.Monica was a very genuinely host as well.

Very nice home

This home is very nice, it has lots of fun activities for the family. It is very close to the aquarium, Queen Mary and shoreline village. The neighborhood is not very desirable but we felt safe in the home. Very comfortable beds and amazing TV's. The kitchen was nice and stocked with utensils and cookware. Coffee grounds and sugar are available, that was very helpful. Monica was kind and helpful to talk to you. We appreciated all the comforts of this home .

Beautiful house but not again

The house was beautiful..no complaints there. However, the restrictions were overboard. Quiet hours 9-8:30?? A decibel sensor? Pool table had balls in the pictures but no balls were available. House was cold but we were afraid to turn on any heat without being charged extra. Neighborhood/area is pretty sketchy but the house was pretty secured. We left the house spotless but I wouldn't be surprised to find an extra charge for something. The house is very well taken care of but because of the strict restrictions, we'd would not stay here again. Monica was quick to respond to all emails....that was a plus.

Comfortable and well appointed

Finding the house after dark was a bit tricky. Almond is a narrow street and we didn’t know to expect a gate across the driveway. Once we got in we were quite happy with the property. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are large and nicely furnished. The kitchen was well equipped with dishware, glassware, coffee cups and silverware. We did have family in the area we we used all of the seating. The game room and yard is wonderful. We made full use of those spaces as well. There is a coffee maker and we requested a toaster which was delivered promptly. The stovetop and oven worked but the broiler element was missing which was a bit concerning. Hope they get that repaired soon. All in all the house worked very well for us.

A weekend to plur.

Loved the location close to down town and a $8.00 Uber ride to Queen Mary. Woke up and walked to corner which had a grocery outlet and a liquor store. The house was very well stocked with blankets for every room including the garage. When we are in Long Beach again we will stay here.

Very fun weekend

This house was fantastic for our weekend getaway with some friends. The house is a very nice size, with 3 bedrooms with very comfortable king size beds. The kitchen is very open with the living with a couch and a massive TV. The best part is the the detached garage with do many games, couches, and another massive TV. We were able to fit 4 cars in the driveway which was a huge plus because there is very limited street parking. The neighborhood is a little sketchy and run down with homeless around the area, but still felt comfortable to walk down to the local dive bar and into downtown Long Beach.
