My friends and I stayed here for 4 months and loved the house! It is spacious and equipped with everything we needed! Its in a great part of West Hollywood and I always felt safe walking around. One off street parking spot was great to have and Sam supplied a parking pass for street parking for our second car and we never had a problem finding parking. Sam was also a very responsive host and he quickly handled any problems that came up with the house.

Had a wonderful stay here. The location is perfect and very easy to walk places( but we’re in CA - so we drove!) - beds comfortable, good shower and plenty seating options for relaxing. Also great to have a space for our car so no parking worries.. we were here moving our daughter in nearby- so for the 3 adults - it was perfect-

This was a great house to stay in for my wife and me and our daughter and son-in-law. The house is in a very nice neighborhood just south of Santa Monica Blvd. It felt safe and secure and had good off street parking for one car. As others have indicated in reviews - what you see in the photos is exactly what you get. Sufficiently appointed and not fussy at all. Clean and comfortable and the property manager, Sam, was very responsive to our issues with a tripped breaker. Having rented a number of VRBOs, it was refreshing to have this be so laid back. Instructions were clear and concise and it made in and out easy. Will stay again in a heartbeat.

We spent a week here in June of 2018. The location was super. We could walk to shops, bars, restaurants, and a grocery store. The house is quiet and off street parking was a big help since we didn't have to look for a place to park every time we left and came home. The furniture, sofas, beds etc were wonderful. We had a couple of issues and the owner quickly addressed and took care of them. We would stay here again. We highly recommend.

Very clean and fresh apartment with two nice bedrooms. For us the location was perfect, quiet and nice neighborhood and easy to get anywhere in LA. The only downside is that it doesn’t have a terrace or balcony to sit outside. Definitely would recommend it.

This home was the perfect place to stay celebrate a girlfriend’s birthday at The Standard Hotel on Sunset. We thought about staying at the hotel or one close by but so glad we chose this cute and comfy California duplex. We were close to everything we needed. A great coffee shop just steps away made it really convenient to get morning breakfast and great restaurants on Santa Monica Blvd easily walkable as well. Tons of shopping nearby too! We would definitely return on our next trip out to LA. Thank you, Sam!!

This was the perfect place and perfect location for our trip to LA. Sam was very responsive to our questions. The house was just like the pictures, beautifully decorated and very comfortable! The beds were great and the blankets very soft! Our family of five really enjoyed our stay! I would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Villa with plenty of room for our LA Holiday. Very central with great coffee shop across the street. Sam was on hand and answered any queries we had within a few hours. Very clean and beds very comfortable. Would stay again for sure.

The house has high quality of appliances which was a pleasure to use. However, the stay would have been even better if there were screen nets on front windows and on kitchen and on master bedroom doors. That way the house gets properly aired and guests do not smell a strange smell as soon as they enter the house. The lock to the half bathroom was broken and every other day the power went out to the microwave and refrigerator and we had to go behind the house to restore the power. The owner was very co-operative and he has assured that he will fix those problems. I did not realize that washer and dryer was outside the house though only a few steps outside. Nor did I realize that the kitchen had no kitchen table or kitchen chairs. I would have realized both these feature if I had seen the pictures carefully and read the property features carefully. And the owner was very kind when he bought the kitchen table and chairs from Ikea and his guy come to assemble it in the kitchen! The location is excellent and the neighborhood is very friendly. We enjoyed the neighborhood and the restaurants nearby!

Our family of four made this villa home for half a week. It was clean, comfortable, safe and in a great location for us... walking distance to a neighborhood and easy driving to many fun adventures. We fell in love with this quaint duplex. It was beautiful and comfortable. Sam was a great host and wonderful to work with. The area was safe, with lots of great dinning within walking distance. We brought along our two-year old son and the duplex was kid friendly. We really enjoyed our stay here and will stay here again when we return to this area.

Put this place on your list of favorites. It's a charming, spotlessly clean, well appointed haven in the heart of West Hollywood. An array of restaurants and shopping are close by making the location ultra convenient. This was my first VRBO rental, which made me a bit nervous to start with but the owner was super responsive very helpful, answering all questions. Pictures on the website accurately display the interior, so there were no surprises when we arrived. The HVAC played an important role in our visit, as there were several hot days during the stay. It worked extremely well and we were always comfortable. I plan to return to this rental. Thanks. WP. Chicago

This lovely property is clean, comfortable, walking distance to great restaurants, shopping, grocery stores. The neighbors are friendly. The owners made check in very easy and we were made to feel welcomed. My only suggestion, luggage racks and faster internet. We are looking forward to staying there again!!
