Thoughtfully designed for a comfortable and easy stay, this inviting studio features a queen-size bed, a cozy sitting area, a full kitchen, a private bathroom, and generous storage throughout, with a shared laundry room conveniently located in the building. Set in the heart of Koreatown, the property puts an energetic mix of cafés, restaurants, Korean BBQ, shops, and late-night spots within easy reach, while offering convenient access to Downtown Los Angeles, Hollywood, and Beverly Hills. Nearby parking options and public transportation make exploring the surrounding area simple and convenient. This unit has a floor area of approximately 600 sq ft.



Guest Access:

You will have the entire apartment to yourself.

Enjoy the vibrant local culture with trendy coffee shops, authentic Korean BBQ restaurants, and lively bars just steps away. You're also minutes from popular LA attractions like Downtown LA, Hollywood, and Beverly Hills, ensuring that the best of the city is always within easy reach.



Getting Around:

Koreatown’s central location makes it easy to get around Los Angeles. Public transit options, including Metro stations and bus lines, are conveniently located nearby, allowing you to explore the city without hassle. Rideshare services are abundant in the area, and for those with a car, parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis, with additional paid parking lots nearby. Whether you’re strolling through the neighborhood or heading to other parts of LA, this location provides unbeatable convenience.

PARKING:

Parking arrangements will need to be made independently in the surrounding area. Please note that building management does not provide, manage, or coordinate parking.



SUPPLIES:

Please note, only basic amenities are provided for this unit. If you need a specific amenity, please confirm its availability before you book. Starter toiletries (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.) are not included. Starter Kitchen Essentials and Cleaning Supplies (Dish Soap, Paper Towels, Sponge, Etc.) not included.



APPLICATION AND FEES:

*All guests are required to complete a rental application, which includes identity verification, a credit and background screening, and proof of income or financial qualification. A non-refundable application fee of $25 per applicant applies. All applicants 18 years of age or older must complete the application process.

*Guests will also be required to sign a separate lease agreement directly with the host prior to move-in.

*Proof of personal liability insurance ($100,000 minimum) is required prior to move-in. If tenant does not provide proof of third-party insurance, tenant will be automatically enrolled in our Landlord Liability Insurance (LLI) policy for $15/month.

*On-site coin/app-operated laundry room available for resident convenience. Machines are independently maintained and operated on a per-use fee basis.

*A refundable security deposit of $1,250 is required for all stays and must be paid directly to the host after booking confirmation and prior to check-in. The deposit will be returned within 21 days after move-out, less any applicable deductions permitted under the lease agreement and California law. Cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit.

*Additional documentation and qualification requirements may apply in accordance with California law and the terms of the lease agreement.

*Pets may be approved on a case-by-case basis. Approved pets require a refundable $500 pet deposit and pet rent of $2.16 per pet, per night.

*Optional housekeeping service is available for $299 per visit and includes deep cleaning, fresh linens and towels, and restocking of essential supplies.

**This space is non-smoking.

**Please note that you will be charged for any damages to linens, cookware, furniture, fixtures or other items that we find after you check out.
