We are aware of the airport construction around the hotel while they are building the people mover to and from the airport. There is a sign at the front desk about this. If you feel when you arrive that the noise is not acceptable to let us know and we will work with the sites to cancel your booking without penalty.

Tout était payé mais la carte que j'avais utilisée pour le paiement des 2 chambres ne correspondait pas à celle avec laquelle l'hôtel avait été payé par le site Internet, aux dires du réceptionniste...Et cela lui posait un gros problème, d'où un accueil mitigé... Mais le pire était à venir quand que nous avons eu la surprise à 4h du matin de ne pas avoir d'eau du tout dans la douche, il y en avait juste dans le lavabo et dans les WC. Et tout ce que j'ai entendu est que cela allait être dit au manager. C'est trop cher par rapport au prestations proposées.

If there was water supply in the room there should be no reason for the shower not to have water. As for the payment, the hold prior to your arrival is only a pre-authorization and it should drop with 3 to 7 days.

Motel basique au cœur de LA
Considérant les prix des quartiers et les distances gigantesques de LA, nous avons privilégié ce motel central mais très mal insonorisé à côté de l’aéroport. On s’habitue à tout mais il reste quand même une impression de dormir sur la piste d’atterrissage ... Petit dej très pauvre mais parking gratuit. Piscine très chouette cependant et literie ok!

Hôtel dont la principale qualité est de se situer à proximité des principaux loueurs de voitures. Son prix reste raisonnable en comparaison avec ceux pratiqués par les autres hôtels situés aux alentours. Un bon choix par conséquent.

Yes, you will hear the planes, however, they do stop flying over land after 11:30 pm to reduce the noise impact. Sorry you were not happy with the location. The convenience of the location does provide easy access to the Airport without the LA traffic.

Clean room, small breakfast room but all you need for a breakfast is there : waffle maker, bread toaster yogurt . Yes you can hear planes and see them but the noise isn.t that bad in rooms. No planes at night. While i was there the only negative point laundry guest washing machine did not give me good impression to put my clothes in and the dryer didn’t have filtered inside. But it is not that important when you look for a hotel room. Staff was nice and professional (lobby, and housekeeping)

motel confortable propre proche aéroport
Très confortable, propre et personnel à disposition pour aider. Pratique pour les voyageurs car proche de l'aéroport (à 5min en taxi) mais assez loin des lieux de visite de L.A. Très bon rapport qualité prix en haute saison. Prévoir les déplacements en Uber ou en voiture car les transports en communs sont compliqués et le temps de trajet est long (1ou 2h en bus) et moitié moins en voiture selon le trafic. Possibilité de faire une visite guidée en bus qui prend et dépose au motel. Bruit des décollages d'avions fréquents il ne faut pas être sensible au bruit , mais on est à côté de l'aéroport... Globalement satisfaite pour les 2nuits passées.

Idéal pour 1 nuit ou 2
Très pratique car à 10 min de l'aéroport et à côté des loueurs de voitures. Plutôt bon marché pour LA. Le revers de la médaille ce sont les avions... Mais un aéroport sans avion, ce n'est pas un aéroport ! Par contre pour ceux qui veulent admirer le dessous des avions... Placement idéal 😁. Sinon pour du transit c'est parfait 👌. Après ça reste du motel.

It's a two-star hotel, but it was decent. The staff was very friendly, my room was fine and it has what you need, including a blow dryer, iron and good sized refrigerator and a coffee maker but no microwave. It could use a bit of updating, and the shower above leaked into my bathroom. But I saw no bugs, and even though there were planes above, with my ear plugs and earmuffs I slept grear. To get there, you can take the Hertz shuttle bus from LAX as it's across the street, but you have to walk to the Hertz cars exit and tell them you are going out that way. The exterior of Skyways is nothing fancy. But I think it's worth the money. However, I found a similar price for the LAX Hilton for my final night in LA, So I took that instead for my flying home the next morning stay.

It looks a little sketchy from the outside, but the courtyard inside has beautiful landscaping. It was noisy, but that's to be expected so close to the airport. The room was pretty clean although it was a bit run down with chipped paint and some stains and things. I wouldn't stay there for a vacation, but as a relatively cheap place for the night before a very early flight out, it worked just fine.

The hotel, while not pristine, was clean and mostly taken care of. Few spots inside were unfinished/damaged but nothing major or serious. Constant noise from overhead jets, to be expected so close to LAX. Area around hotel is not nice or safe, would not recommend walking around after dark.
