Such a wonderful stay -- perfectly clean, neat, and organized -- the host has provided kind touches, such as leaving the heater on before my arrival on a cold day. One of the very best VRBO experiences. So grateful for the kind hospitality.

Exactly what we expected. Great spot
Bed was very comfortable. Slept well every night. Quiet street on the hill. Great spot to come back to and rest. Not much for staying in though. It doesn’t have to be. During our trip we were never home anyways. Would stay again.

This was the perfect small accomodations my wife and i needed for a 3-day stay in the Alhambra/Pasadena area. Studio with very comfortable bed. The shower, while small, is excelllent. Parking in driveway is free and convenient. No issues at all.

The attention to detail is exceptional. Our room had everything we needed, and it felt like we were visiting family. The owner had extras like sunblock and sunburn spray, insect repelled wipes if you wanted to sit outside. We arrived late, and it was VERY convenient to enter with codes to the gate and room vs registration desk. Water temp and pressure were perfect. He had the heater on for us when we arrived, and our stay was wonderful. We will definitely stay again. Thank you, Juan, for offering a wonderful place to stay.

Place was quaint, well stocked, and quite clean.
Title says it all. Easy check in. Own ac unit, heater, and fan. Minifridge. Nice lampshades. Nice bed, with comforters and a lot of pillows. I was a bit too tall for the bed(im 6'2in), my feet dangled. Surprised there were towels, hand towels, shampoo, dish soap, and dishes/utensils. I only gave a 4 because there was no hot water. Tried to shower the morning i left and there was no hot water. Tried to run the water forn10min and never warmed up. Oh and the seats for the little coffee table were uncomfortable. Fit the decor nicely, but sat on a pillow. Would stay again, but maybe in the summer if the water isnt fixed by then.

Thanksgiving stay
This was the perfect location for a two-night stay, close to family, over the Thanksgiving holiday. We checked in easily, with clear instructions on how to access the studio and Juan was on-site to welcome us. The room and bathroom were extremely clean and equipped with the basic necessities. It served our purpose of needing a comfortable bed to return to late at night with hotel-like breakfast prep amenities. The area was residential, very quiet and safe, yet close to local shopping and restaurants. We definitely hope to stay here again when family gathers and an extra bed is needed. We also appreciated the competitive pricing and fees, making the trip very feasible.

Property was super cute and as described. Juan was super helpful, letting us know ahead of time that the power company was doing work and we would lose power, allowing us to be able to get ready prior to. Cute little neighborhood while still being close to everything we needed!

Juan is one of the most nicest hosts I have ever met. Communication was very easy and he is a very nice person. The location was perfect and the place was clean and had everything we needed. I definitely recommend this place is you need a place to stay in L.A.

Great Stay Great Value
The area was very nice and quiet. The bed is comfortable and was perfect for our weekend getaway. The only critique I have is the door does not fully swing, we had to squeeze by to get in. Besides that, We enjoyed our stay.

We had the best experience here! Super clean, and comfy. A lovely neighbourhood to wander around and some great little restaurants. The main draw for us was the proximity to dodgers stadium (approximately 20 minute drive). We also found it easy to get to the tar sands, the broad, lacma and more during our three day stay. The host was super communicative and helpful and the check in/check out process was very easy and straight forward

Clean, no frills. Not close to stuff if you want to be touristy but if you just need a nice, little spot it’s perfect. Only downfall is the wifi is a little slow, which makes the smart tv not so smart.

This house is in a quaint photogenic neighborhood with lots of good dining options within 5 - 10 mins drive. The only I would point out is they have soft mattress for the bed, so if you don't like or cannot sleep on a soft, fluffy mattress you'd probably want to consider another option.

Perfect stay, affordable and homey
Most affordable VRBO in LA!!!! The host was very welcoming and friendly, he was available whenever we had questions. We stayed for 10 nights and never had any issues or complaints. The neighbourhood is quiet and feels safe. The bed is very comfortable and the VRBO felt like a little getaway for my girlfriend and I, we had privacy and the parking was easy to access.
