Très belle chambre, propre, cuisine pratique, au goût du jour. Le stationnement est payant et ce sont des employés qui vous apportent votre voiture, prévoir entre 10-25 min selon l’achalandage, vous devez les texter lorsque vous desirez partir. Déjeuner chaud est bien correcte, assez bonne variété. Très bon service et accueil chaleureux spécialement le matin à chaque arrivé au restaurant à déjeuner. Hotel bien situé et juste à coté du Staple Center. Stationnement en face de l’hotel dont le prix varie d’une journée à l’autre (30-40$/jour)

Unprofessional and disrespectful
I booked a studio with 2 beds and 1 sofa. The front desk did not want to check in at 15:55 because check in is at 16:00 LOL At the check-in my room was not available and the front desk said there’s no solutions and he told me: "if it’s not appropriate to you, you can see another place, it’s not a big deal to me". After insisting for a long time to find a solution the only thing that was proposed to me is to take a discount of the price of the valet 60$ because I did not have a car. Finally we accepted because we did not have other solutions immediately. Even the security laughing about our situation, i think it was disrespectful... The room was very dirty, we informed the front desk about that and they told us there were other things to do and we could leave the place if it’s not we expected. Never again.

Excellent séjour en plein centre de Los Angeles;appart hôtel joliment décoré,propre,nous avons apprécié le service de ménage tous les jours,la literie est confortable ;très bon petit déjeuner copieux et complet. Greetings, I am quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. There are dusty lamps, a dirty coffee maker and toaster, a dirty paper towel, stained bath towels, and hair in the bathtub, among other issues. It's my birthday and my first time staying at your hotel, and I am not happy with the quality, especially considering what I paid. I addressed the issues with the night manager, but he was typing something while talking to me and seemed not really focused/sincere (not showing full attention). Sincerely, Cristy

Very nice experience for our kids they loved the hotel complimentary breakfast! We checked in late at night and staff was very short and not too welcoming. Valet was a bit pricey and also had bad customer service etiquette. On the other hand our suite was great! It had all the amenities and beds were comfy after a long travel.

We came on a Saturday night and there were a bunch of party goers in the lobby eating food from the food trucks across the way. It’s a nice property but the fact that anyone can just walk in there to eat food is weird

ソファーベッドを使用しましたが、ソファのクッションの下はとても汚かったです。掃除が行き届いていませんでした。 また、ソファ用の布団、シーツも用意されていませんでした。 スタッフの対応や立地はよかったです。 夜遅くに軽食を購入する事が出来たのは良かったです。 ウォーターサーバーがあると良かったです。

Everything was great in the room service was great my only complaint is upon arrival we checked in at 4pm and I had a reservation for 2 rooms and only 1 room was ready the other room did not become available until 6:30pm almost 7pm and still had to check out at 11am room's were great beds comfortable front desk was very nice and accommodating

The room was spacious and great for our family to sleep and get to a basketball game at Crypto arena was super close and convenient. The pool area was so dark at night wish they had some mood lighting and maybe some outdoor heating lamps and music. The breakfast food was pretty bad. Watered down coffee, barely warm hot items and cheapest tasting bread for toast - the oatmeal was good with a variety of toppings. The shower door in our suitte wouldn't stay shut it kept sliding open. Staff were super friendly and helpful with alternative parking options nearby.

Very pretty and clean on the inside, knowing it’s in the city the surrounding area while dirty was a cool and surrounding was a good urban experience. My family and I loved LA and will be coming back soon. This hotel gave us a great experience staff and all included. Only thing I have to ask is to have more variety for the breakfast options and make it more known as a valet only facility.

The place is beautiful, nearby downtown area a bit sketchy. One thing that i didn't like was the $60 per day parking that the hotel charges, was not clear to me when i booked that parking wasnt included.

The area is great in day time and close to all amenities and sports attractions. The night is little less safe and parking is expensive.

Stayed here for one night during trip to catch a hockey game and 6am flight out next day. Pre paid through Expedia and 3 weeks later I see a charge on cc statement from the day we checked out. Called and they said there was damage to room. We didn’t even unpack. I am an avid traveler with so many hotel stays and have never had this happen. No call or email even. I asked why they would not have called or emailed prior or even after charging my cc and they said they have the right to charge my card even without my consent. Beware of extra charges from this hotel after the fact!!

Valet parking was amazing. Front desk experience was wonderful, thank you Andrea. Staff was polite and courteous, Ashley and a few names that escape me, working the bar were excellent.
