The receptionist took our call to cancel the forst nights reservation, but forgot. Expedia (the real Hotels.com) automatically cancelled our reservation due to no show. So when we finally arrived next day we lost the room reservation. Marriot personell were completely indifferent to our situation. Expedia was totally unavailable by phone or online to help. So we were charged for one night we didn't use. We ended up finding another non Marriot hotel in the area.
