Extended Stay Comfort & Maintenance Plan

To ensure your stay remains comfortable and hassle-free, this home features a professional bi-weekly refresh service. For stays of 30 nights or longer, our professional cleaning team will visit every two weeks to handle the heavy lifting—including deep cleaning the 2.5 bathrooms, sanitizing the kitchen, sweeping/mopping all flooring, and handling heavy trash removal.

This scheduled service is designed entirely around your convenience, allowing you to relax and enjoy a consistently fresh, hotel-quality home without lifting a finger.

• Frequency: Every two weeks (scheduled at a mutually agreed-upon time to respect your privacy).
• Cost: A one-time checkout cleaning fee of $350 is collected at booking. The essential mid-stay refreshes are billed transparently at $150 per visit via the platform resolution center.
