La propreté et l'emplacement de cet hôtel sont mes coups de coeur. Il faut redemander plusieurs fois pour avoir des serviettes car, dû à la pandémie, ils me les changent pas automatiquement.

Pas de service de chambre durant 5 jours! Le Covid a bon dos… Pour obtenir des serviettes propres ou du papier de toilette, il faut être très, très patient. Nous avons reçu deux linges pour trois personnes durant 4 jours. La réponse obtenue lorsque nous sommes allés nous plaindre de la situation a été que nous n’avions qu’à changer d’hôtel! C’est la politique de l’hôtel - a rajouté l’employé. Voilà une façon incroyable de répondre à des clients, bien commode en tout cas quand la chambre a été prépayée!

Rooms and hallways are very smelly, as well over charging for parking $50 a night, while the hotel room is not worth $50. Won’t go back aft. I rather sleep in my car than sleep there again.

Advice would be go room from room and do one upgrade. Make sure you have everything that is suppose to be in the room in it. And for the price of the room and dated at that.... buy some real ice bags!

Parking is outrageous ($50 per day). And when you pay for late check out (70USD) they will still charge you $12/ HOUR for additional parking on top of that and not tell you. Staff were friendly and the area is great. Pool is nice but loses sun pretty early in the day because of the other buildings.

The property was a 15-20 min walk from the venue I was attending. Area was okay, felt safe. Grocery close by, just no real shopping or anything interesting in the immediate area. Easy to take the bus to other areas/sites. Hotel seemed old but was clean. Comfy bed. Great a/c. Staff was very helpful. Paid for early check in. I would stay here again if it was near an event I was going to.

We requested an upgrade because it was our anniversary and the day before was my husbands birthday, and we were so disappointed, if that was an upgrade i dont want to see a regular room, the stairs made so much noise I thought is was going to fall when we used them, never again at a Ramada Inn, also the pillows they give you are for kids, the whole room needs a revamt right away.

It’s a clean small inn, staff is helpful. Provides what you need to sleep. Great location in West Hollywood. Walking distance to Sunset Strip and Santa Monica Blvd. quick easy drive toother Hollywood tourist spots parking is very convenient but dod not notice it was not included in hotel fee. So expect to pay $55 per day. There is a parking garage directly across the street that offers overnight parking too. Idk how much $ or if offers in and out privledges. Which of course hotel does. Noticed parking after already paid hotel pkg fees. All in all turned out to be a pleasant stay and would prob stay there again as is most affordable and convenient location for us in the area

We stayed three nights without any room service even though we requested one day in advance. The room phone was not working, we need to call help desk from our personal phone. The breakfast was not included even though on Expedia web site shows it’s included. Very bad experience and ruined our vacation.

Shocked at terrible the bathroom was including towels as thin as tshirts. I went to a store and purchased my own towels. Also when I checked in, the service desk clerk assigned me to a room already occupied. And it went down hill from there. Upgrade that place especially at the nighly rate.

Bathroom needs to be renovated. Steel framed mirror in bathroom has a safety issue. Visitor parking fee is ridiculously expensive. Bathroom photos in the website don’t seem to be same as real bathroom.

Everything is just OK. Parking here is VERY expensive. $50 for one night. There is minimal staff at night. Feels deserted. Rooms are just ok. Clean enough. All black and white and grey. A bit somber. Not even a bottle of water in the fridge. Location near Sunset is central.

Sadly our stay in this hotel was disappointing. The room was adequate, however, the “sliding” door on the balcony did not close properly meaning the noise from the main road was horrendous and it was very cold. We were therefore unable to use the sofa bed meaning 5 of us had to share 2 beds. We booked “inclusive” breakfast with Expedia but the hotel provided no breakfast- or food of any kind. The restaurant was permanently closed. There was one vending machine in the lobby. The swimming pool cleanliness was questionable. Not a family friendly hotel.

I would NEVER stay here again nor would I recommend this hotel. At arriving at our room, my husband needed to plug in his oxygen machine and the outlet was loose, the fridge freezer section was not working properly, I tried calling the front desk and the phone was not working. I could hear the clerk but he was not able to hear me. Maintenance guy came and said the freezer is working, He changed the phone cord and said the phone is working, and after arguing with my husband about the safety of the loose outlet he said it was loose because it was placed on a soft wall. I asked for another room and they said that they were full and that we could move the next day. We decided to stay due to all the medical stuff we had to move and assumed that it wouldn't be better in another room. That night I noticed that there were handprints on the mirror. Gross... Second day, we were getting ready to go explore Cedar Sinai for my husband's appts the next day the air Conditioner cover fell, dust all over and over an inch accumulation of dust on the filter. I guess because it is covered no need to change. Also the window had mildew around the frame. Third day after coming back from a full day of doctor appts and dinner, I had stepped out and returned to my husband standing that we had a bad leak on the bathroom ceiling. Maintenance came and put towels on the floor. No communication and when asked for an update they send the same person and he replaced the floor towels. Worst experience ever.
