Hôtel idéalement situé avec grand parking (gratuit ) tout autour de l'établissement. L'accueil est sympathique, les chambres sont spacieuses et propre (c'est important) nous n'avons pas bien saisit le principe du ménage nous sommes restées 15 jours et par moment le ménage de notre chambre n'étais pas effectué plusieurs jours a la suite ... Petit déjeuné correct typique américain (peut être abandonner le plastique bien trop présent ) la piscine est spacieuse et propre , le jacuzzi est sympathique mais la filtration ne semble pas fonctionner parfaitement. L'établissement est calme nous avions vue sur la piscine , présence de moustiquaire, TV , machine a café , frigo, coffre , sèche cheveux, micro-ondes en chambre. Idéalement située pour notamment les parcs Disneyland resort et aventure Californie, San Diego, Newport etc. Wifi gratuit et fonctionne parfaitement, serviettes gratuite à la piscine. Présence d'un accueil à n'importe quelle heure. Nous recommandons en terme de qualité prix .

I enjoyed my stay here for a quick weekend trip. The hotel room was nice and clean. Walls are a little thin though if you have loud neighbors. Area is nice with easy parking and had good value.

First off it smelt like sewer ,literally my kids even noticed and checked the bathroom to see if it was coming from thereThe shower near shower head ring was coming off and shower knob you turn metal was loose sink was so low came about 6 inches above my knees beds were not comfy..not eco friendly still using individual shampoo and conditioner instead of having a dispenser jacuzzi was not working that was what i was looking forward to

Bad service
Its was freezing in the lobby area. The heater was not on. Asked the front desk but said if they feel cold they will turn it on. I looked at the temperature on the thermostat and it was like 61.

The bed was not good and they had a dog Barking all night long.. It's the first time that they didn't take care of the problem of the dog and that I had a bad bed mattress.

I booked my stay on line not knowing the room the individual put me, would be a handicap access, which I refuse to stay, then I asked if I could transfer to another room, the attendant (she) instead accommodating me bcoz I check in late, she charged me xtra $24 on top of my $110 booking online, it was a rip off, had no choice but to pay the difference smh..

Hello Randy, we apologize for the inconvenience you may had during your stay. In our records you booked an accessible king size bed. The front desk only checked you in to the room you reserve online. Since you wanted to move rooms we had to charge you a small fee to switch the type. We hope to see you again in the near future.

They gave me a room that was designed for someone handicapped. At that, floorboards were creaking, rust on the metal everywhere, A/C unit so old it sounded like it was on its last leg. They really make you feel you paid bargain price for their room.......

The Staff were great. Very friendly and concerned for my welfare. The building is a little old and could use some aesthetic repairs. Has a cute patio with pool. Otherwise, it was a bed I could sleep in while visiting my family for the Holidays.

Our stay is OK. We were only there for 1 night but the hotel lacks serious maintenance. The shower control was loose and the water didn't really get hot (just lukewarm), there is a huge gap around the bathroom sink & the countertop, the corner of thebaseboard in the bathroom was coming off & seriously lacks caulking, it has a musty smell. The hotel is good for only 1 night stay, no more. But other than that we enjoyed the breakfast.
