We are strictly following the cleaning guidelines of the CDC to protect your health from COVID-19. We value your comfort, health, and safety!

[PANDEMIC PREVENTION]
Actions include but are not limited to:
○ Before every check-in, we disinfect the whole house including all the surfaces, handles, utensils, remotes, etc.
○ Bedding sets and towels are washed and disinfected by a certified third-party laundry company with Ozone and Sanitizer.
○ Disposable toothbrush&paste, loofah mitt, vanity kit, shower cap, comb, slippers, hand soap, and sanitizing wipes are supplied.
○ At least 48-72 hours BUFFER TIME during each reservation.
○ No parties are allowed in our properties.

We have a big front yard with grass and flowers and a 6-seat conversation sofa set that you can use (we don't have a backyard and a guest house is connected with the garage also for Airbnb). In the garage, we have 2 parking spaces and all the parking on the street is free. Oh, I forget to say that, we are using password locks, so you don’t need to have any keys, which means that if you want, you don’t need to meet me at all (although I will feel so sad about it haha).

Pasadena is a city in Los Angeles County, California. It is the most populous city and the primary cultural center of the San Gabriel Valley. It is known for hosting the annual Rose Bowl football game and Tournament of Roses Parade. It is also home to many scientific, educational, and cultural institutions, including Caltech, Pasadena City College, Fuller Theological Seminary, ArtCenter College of Design, the Pasadena Playhouse, the Ambassador Auditorium, the Norton Simon Museum, and the USC Pacific Asia Museum, with the Jet Propulsion Laboratory in nearby La Cañada Flintridge. The neighborhood is clean, safe, and quiet. We always walk around at night after finishing our dinner and meeting with our neighbors. It is the reason that we choose to stay here.
