The Space:
Welcome! We’re so glad you’re considering our place for your Manhattan Beach getaway. This cozy, light-filled home is perched on the second floor with ocean views and has plenty of room for up to seven guests—perfect for families, friends, or anyone just wanting to soak up that laid-back SoCal vibe. Located one short block to the beach.

With three comfortable bedrooms, a fully appointed kitchen, and gorgeous ocean views, we’ve made this space feel like a true home away from home.

This peaceful retreat offers a cozy king-sized bed, a private ensuite bathroom, plenty of closet space to make yourself at home and a quiet desk area if you need to get a little work done.

- Second Bedroom:
This cozy room is perfect for winding down after a fun day. It features a comfy full-size loft bed with seating underneath, and a spacious closet with dresser for all your things.

- Third Bedroom:
This cheerful, bright room is perfect for kids or friends to share. It has comfy full-size loft bed with seating underneath plus plenty of space in the closet with dresser to keep all your belongings organized. Just down the hall, you’ll find a full bathroom with a tub and double sinks, making it easy for everyone to get ready together.

Getting Around:
Many locals prefer to walk throughout the city of Manhattan Beach or bike along the coast to explore other beach cities.

Other Things to Note:
The owner's unit located on the first floor will be 100% vacant during your entire stay. This means that the building will be private for just you. Note: The garage will be locked an unaccessible.


Cleaning services are conducted prior to guest check-in only. Mid-stay cleanings can be scheduled based upon availability for an additional cleaning fee equal to the cleaning fee initially paid. If you would like to schedule a mid-stay cleaning, please let us know in advance.

The Manhattan beach TOT 14% tax on our property is included automatically during guest check out, after July 01, 2023.

No Smoking or Vaping Policy: Please be advised that for the enjoyment of our community, smoking of any type is strictly prohibited in the unit or anywhere on the premises. We reserve the right to charge a penalty cleaning fee ranging from $250 to $500 (based on the size of the unit) to any individual found smoking. This policy is enforced to maintain a clean and healthy environment for all guests and neighbors. Thank you for your cooperation.

Reminder: We reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee if the property is found to be excessively dirty after check-out. This fee starts at $250 and may increase depending on the time and cleaning supplies required by our cleaners.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance when booking your stay with us as we are not able to provide refunds outside of our cancellation policies.

We are unable to accept early check-in requests including those for last-minute bookings. We'll accept your request to book, but, the standard check-in time for this unit will apply.

Also, we have a handheld steamer to fulfill your ironing requirements.

Community Quiet Hours are in effect daily from 10 PM to 8 AM. All guests are required to comply at all times. The general quiet enjoyment for our neighbors should also be respected outside of these hours. Any complaints received from building management or neighbors regarding noise disturbances may result in booking cancellation. Our cancellation policy will be strictly upheld in such cases.

We kindly request that you refrain from sending mail or deliveries to our property, as we neither have a mailbox nor provide access for such items. For packages, please direct them to the nearest post office for collection. For food deliveries, please make sure to meet the delivery person to confirm that you received the order. Please note that we accept no responsibility for any lost or misplaced deliveries.

Spring Break

Two moms with their 18 year old sons for spring break. Place was clean and so close to the beach! Only suggestions would be to fix the glass shower door in hall bath as water gets all over the floor & maybe remove “outdoor space” from the listing. Open all the sliders to hear the ocean! Walk along the strand to get to downtown Manhattan Beach. Definitely hit up Nicks gourmet market, Fansea sushi, Sloopys and Pancho’s. The place was really great! Communication could be a bit better. Would recommend! Boys had a great time, as did the moms! Also might benefit from having a few beach chairs in addition to the boogie boards (boys loved those!). Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect Christmas Getaway

Just two blocks from the beach allows you to hear the waves crashing and see the incredible sunsets from the living room. Upstairs unit with nobody above keeps the noise factor down. The unit has a one car garage with washer/dryer. It's within easy walking distance to plenty of great restaurants, surf shops and bike rental shops. Try Fish Bar and Nick's Manhattan Beach for dinner and Cafe Wild, North End Cafe and The Local Yolk for breakfast/lunch. The main shower/tub seemed to be missing one of the sliding shower doors, otherwise it was perfectly kept. Would definitely return!
