The Space:
Our favorite part of the studio is the kitchen, which we’ve refurbished to be both functional and visually appealing. We kept the original tiling to preserve its charm while incorporating earthy tones to create a calming atmosphere. It’s the perfect space to unwind—turn on some music, pour a drink, and cook a meal, whether you’re alone or with loved ones. The kitchen truly makes this space feel like home.

In addition to the studio, you’ll have access to one parking spot and a private, fenced-off outdoor area.

Just steps from the beach, the location offers pristine sand, amazing surf, and sparkling water. You’re also within walking distance of fantastic dining, shopping, and entertainment. Explore the local art galleries, rent e-bikes or surfboards, visit the aquarium to learn about marine life, or relax at the park. Whether you choose to explore the town or simply soak up the sun on the beach, Manhattan Beach has everything you need.

This first-floor studio features a full kitchen with an oven range, fridge, and microwave, along with a queen-size bed, smart TV, portable AC, and heating for your comfort. Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and boogie boards are provided for your convenience. There’s also a living room fireplace with an electric insert (non-wood-burning). The designated parking spot is 8’6” wide, 7’ high, and 19’ deep, located in a garage.

For trash disposal, recyclable items go into the blue can located on the side of the house.

Other Things to Note:
Cleaning services are conducted prior to guest check-in only. Mid-stay cleanings can be scheduled based upon availability for an additional cleaning fee equal to the cleaning fee initially paid. If you would like to schedule a mid-stay cleaning, please let us know in advance.

The Manhattan beach TOT 14% tax on our property is included automatically during guest check out, after July 01, 2023.

No Smoking or Vaping Policy: Please be advised that for the enjoyment of our community, smoking of any type is strictly prohibited in the unit or anywhere on the premises. We reserve the right to charge a penalty cleaning fee ranging from $250 to $500 (based on the size of the unit) to any individual found smoking. This policy is enforced to maintain a clean and healthy environment for all guests and neighbors. Thank you for your cooperation.

This is a non-smoking property, smoking is prohibited in units and on balconies or decks per the Manhattan Beach smoking ordinance. The beach and Strand Boardwalk are non-smoking

Reminder: We reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee if the property is found to be excessively dirty after check-out. This fee starts at $250 and may increase depending on the time and cleaning supplies required by our cleaners.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance when booking your stay with us as we are not able to provide refunds outside of our cancellation policies.

We are unable to accept early check-in requests including those for last-minute bookings. We'll accept your request to book, but the standard check-in time for this unit will apply.

We have a handheld steamer to fulfill your ironing requirements.

Community Quiet Hours are in effect daily from 10 PM to 8 AM. All guests are required to comply at all times. The general quiet enjoyment for our neighbors should also be respected outside of these hours. Any complaints received from building management or neighbors regarding noise disturbances may result in booking cancellation. Our cancellation policy will be strictly upheld in such cases.

We kindly request that you refrain from sending mail or deliveries to our property, as we neither have a mailbox nor provide access for such items. For packages, please direct them to the nearest post office for collection. For food deliveries, please make sure to meet the delivery person to confirm that you received the order. Please note that we accept no responsibility for any lost or misplaced deliveries.
