Everything was perfect! Was exactly the way it should be very friendly people and lots of room perfectly priced and cozy. Only one small thing they could improve on the master bed needs new frame and mattress and the curtain downstairs needs to be cleaned has Lllt of dust on the top of it when you go to close curtains for evening it's noticeable , other than that it was most excellent .! Thank you very much!

Short, sweet stay in Southern Cali
The property was great. If was very private. Everything was easy to access and use. The beds were comfortable and fit our family well. It was close to grocery stores and restaurants. The host was very helpful in working with us and changing our dates. We definitely recommend.

Just enough room and very, very good value
Really enjoyed our stay at the Szabos. We had a wedding party in town, the groomsmen had one night of poker for 6 in all in the downstairs - it was full but not uncomfortably packed. The jacuzzi is just great, what a perk. Beds were comfy. There were no real issues with anything, but when I had questions the Szabos were quick to get back to me. Planning to make this rental our go-to whenever we are out in town to visit friends. Thanks again George and Sara

Perfect
My family are season ticket holders for six flags. So it was great to finally find a place that was better than a hotel to stay at. The pool and hot tub were a big bonus. Plus it was affordable and relaxing after a long day at six flags. Definitely will be staying a few more times this year and years to come.

Heated Jacuzzi Intermittent
This is the second time we have stayed at this property. The location is good. Close to the freeway, and in a quiet neighborhood. However, the "heated jacuzzi" was not fully functioning. The jacuzzi never heated up the first night were there. We thought maybe it just needed more time? The second night we had no problems. The third night it again did not warm up. We contacted the host, and for the next half hour or so we turned it off and turned it on. Then we turned it off and turned it back on over and over again. The heater would not fire up, so the pool guy would be out the next day. We weren't staying another night so that wasn't helpful for us. If you are booking for the "heated jacuzzi" you might want to contact the host and just make sure everything is in working order, with no ongoing issues.

Great home base in CA
Close to hiking in the mountains and the beaches by the ocean, this was a very nice spot to return to at the end of each day. The hot tub and fire pit were a relaxing way to end the night. Safe, quiet neighborhood. Felt comfortable walking to dinner even after dark.

We really enjoyed this guesthouse! We had more than enough room for a family of 5. Everything we needed was available for use. We were so happy with the overall vibe. It’s so cozy and cute, yet very elegant. The hosts were very attentive to any questions we had. We didn’t want to leave. Five stars all the way!

Awesome place to relax
Met some of our kids and grandkids here. The grandkids loved the pool. It was a cute place with room for everyone. The owner was very responsive to any questions and did his best to make things right when the dryer wasn’t working. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We absolutely loved staying here. It was close to everything we were planning to do for the trip and it was so nice to have a hot tub to return to at night after a long day of walking around theme parks etc. Thank you for being such amazing hosts!

Great base with everything you need
This was the perfect base for our family over Easter. The kids loved the pool and spa and it easily accommodated all 7 of us. It was spotlessly clean and had lots of appreciated extras that were not expected. Use of washer and dryer was really useful as we were half way through a road trip! 10 mins to 6 flags. George answered any Q's immediately and although we never met him would like to thank him for allowing us to stay. You have a lovely home here!

Awesome Santa Clarita location!
What a great spot! We're lucky to have been able to stay here for a quick trip to Magic Mountain. The pool was too cold for us (time if year thing) but the hot tub was so great. Great location, quiet and friendly neighborhood, and it was just a fantastic find. Also, the host was fantastic, and quick to respond. If this place is available, get it!

We enjoyed our quick stay, the place was clean and comfortable. Although it was chilly in February, the kids enjoyed the hot tub to get some water fun in. The host is very responsive and friendly. Quiet neighborhood.

Everything we expected and more. We enjoyed the amenities of the guest house. We were able to meet the host of the property and he was very welcoming. Although the owners live within the area, we were provided with enough privacy for our convenience. The comfortable beds gave us a good night’s sleep, the hot/cold water dispenser, coffee and even fresh lemons were a pleasant surprise which we thoroughly enjoyed. It was too cold for the pool but we were able to use the hot tub. A must- return on our list for sure. Thank you for a much needed R&R our birthday boy and our whole family enjoyed.

perfect place to relax
This rental was absolutely beautiful, impeccably clean, and perfectly located. A quiet, safe neighborhood, a quick drive to great hiking trails, and the drive into LA was not too bad, we did it every day of our stay. The house had everything you could need and the pool and spa were great to have. The owners live on the property but we never really saw them but they were available via text if we needed them. Thank you!

Amazing Backyard Oasis
Our family was so blessed to have the privilege of staying at this beautiful oasis just 20 minutes from our family in the valley. To have private access to the pool and the heated spa along with plenty of room and beds for the whole family was a treat. Our kids had an amazing time. The price made it affordable and soo much better than staying at a hotel. Thank you again for a beautiful relaxing stay!

Really great stay. Will definitely stay here again. My kids had a blast in the pool. Right next to the freeway so easy access to visit other places. Only a 15 min drive to six flags. A lot of restaurants and stores near by. We had a blast.

What a delight. The property is just as described - a nice little cottage with a fantastic pool and hot tub. Easily accommodated myself and three teenage boys. The pool (and slide) were a hit with the boys, and the hot tub was great after a full day at Magic Mountain. The downstairs living area was great for board games and hanging out, and I enjoyed some quiet time lounging poolside. The host has clearly put a lot of thought into making the place easy to use for guests. Absolutely top notch.

Excellent Pool Paradise
Our family was in town for a wedding shower and enjoyed this wonderful place. Very clean and stocked with plenty of towels. We enjoyed the fire pit and the hot tub in the cool evenings. The guest house and pool were very private. The owner was available to answer any questions but respected our privacy. We will definitely stay hear next time we are in town.

Everything It Claims To BE
This is hands down the best vacation rental we've ever stayed at. The process was seemless, from check-in, to the day we left, and everything in between. George is an excellent host. I was worried when I realized that we were actually renting the guesthouse, but once we arrived I was relieved to see that the area was completley private. We are already planning the next time to come and stay here, but we plan on bringing more people to show them just how great it is! You won't regret staying here!

Relaxing Property
This was the perfect property to relax with family and celebrate a college graduation. The pool and hot tub were perfect for spending the entire day lounging around. We recommend paying extra for the pool to be heated because it allowed those of us who don’t enjoy cold pools to actually get in the water. George was very responsive to our requests. The beach house is private and well sectioned off from the main house. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee for the Keurig and there was filtered water provided as well. Beach towels were included to be used which was so nice because packing those things is a pain! Thank you, George for the use of your home and pool. We couldn’t have hoped for more!

Amazing experience
We didn't know what to expect with this being our first Vbro. The experience was so much more than expected. The house was so clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The owners were so polite and accommodating. The pool/spa area was so fun and the kids didn't want to leave. Also for once being on vacation the beds were so comfortable and we actually slept well. We will be back! Thank you George for the use of your beautiful guest house.
