Adoré mon séjour, malgré un accueil froid de la part du personnel. L'hotel mériterait de changer ses moquettes par du parquet ou du carrelage, et revoir un peu ses baignoires/plomberie. Sinon c'est plutôt super chouette.

Assis sur ses lauriers...
Qualité du service globalement faible de la part du personnel de l'hôtel : accueil peu clair, personnel du bar-restaurant débordé (1 seule personne pour gérer le bar sur 2 étages...). La chambre est bien mais les équipements commencent à vieillir, surtout la climatisation qui fait un bruit de camion insupportable. Pour le prix je déconseille, il y a bien lieux a coté...

C'était juste TRES BIEN. L'accueil, le personnel, le service, le parking, la literie, la chambre, le quartier, le calme, le balcon, le confort : TOUT . seul bémol, pas genant pour nous, le restaurant de l'hotel ....une piece fermée avec une ambiance un peu vieillotte ....à éviter..ce qui est simple car le quartier offre tout un tas d'autres solutions bien plus sympa.

The rooms are big and clean but the furniture is aging fast. Air cond is VERY noisy. Service is almost non existent except when you insist. The swimming pool was filthy during my stay, I had to visit the doctor after my swim.

I found this hotel property to be clean and the staff courteous and professional. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed appetizers and drinks at the rooftop bar and breakfast at the hotel restaurant. We had dinner options within walking distance. I recommend this hotel to family and friends and will stay again if in the area.

Nice hotel. Greate location. Walking distance to good shopping and resturants. when we arrived there was a noise sounded like they were drilling in the walls. When the night came and the noise continued, it turned out to be the elevator. The reception helped us movimg to a more quiet room further away from the elevator. That solved the problem. The roof top pool/bar/lounge area was not that tranquile, as load children playing in the pool seems to have been lowed. A warning for all sur charges ad well. The receipt long as my arm and the parking alone is $65 per day!

Looks nothing like the pictures left and rented a different hotel, staff was underwhelming, pool was awful and it was dirty what you expect to find at a motel. not sure how they got there star rating.

何度もこのホテルに宿泊しており、今回は４泊しました。 静かで部屋も広く使いやすいホテルです。 しかし、駐車場で＄65は高いと思います。今回はあまり駐車場を利用している人がいなかったように思います。これに税金が加わるとウーバー利用の方が良いかと思います。 今回は、フロントやルームサービスへのリクエストが全く通らなかった事が不満でした。 部屋の清掃は今のアメリカでは毎日入らないのは理解していますが、フロントでタオル交換とゴミ箱の袋交換と無料のコーヒー豆の補充だけ毎日とお願いしいましたが、部屋に戻るとされておらず、ルームサービスに電話するとタオルは持ってきます。 フロントではダメなのかと、ルームサービスに電話でお願いすると、それもしてくれず、結局、毎日夜に電話して交換をしてもらいました。フロントでもリクエストをPCには打ち込んでいましたが、ルームサービスには伝わっていません。3日目に部屋の清掃をお願いしましたが、簡単な清掃しかしませんと断られました。アメニティ料金を取るなら対応して欲しいと思います。 アメリカの一部の都市で始まった、市職員保護税やリゾートアメニティ料金などが高く、旅行サイトで予約しても別にかかる金額が高いので、実際の料金が見えにくい（ホテルによって金額が違う）ので困ります。 部屋が広くキッチンが付いているので快適なので宿泊したいホテルですが、部屋のサービス改善と税金のわかりやすさを求めます。

I actually really loved this hotel. The location is great, the room itself was fantastic. My only two things was that there was an odd banging noise that sounded like construction or something that went on everyday except the day I was checking out. And the other is that the toilet roll holder didn't actually hold the toilet roll. Other than that, I had a fantastic stay and I would most definitely stay there again.

I was impressed by the staff. Our check-in was fast, friendly and generous. Our bartender at the restaurant was also our room service server and was just a lovely person who was helpful and thoughtful in anticipating our needs

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Le Parc at Melrose, and it was truly an amazing experience. The service at this hotel is top-notch - the staff is not only friendly but also incredibly professional. From the helpful front desk to the valet parking attendants who went above and beyond to assist me, every interaction was a delight. The hotel itself is impeccably clean and spotless, making for a comfortable and inviting stay. I especially appreciated the extra mile the staff went to ensure my stay was perfect, such as helping me with the fireplace and even retrieving a forgotten item from my car. I would highly recommend Le Parc at Melrose to anyone looking for a fantastic hotel experience, and I will definitely be returning in the future."

Comfortable small hotel with lovely staff
I had a very comfortable room with separate living room, balcony and kitchen, making it great for longer stays. The front desk staff were very helpful, especially Julian who helped me with questions about my booking. The hotel is intimate and the pool area is a rooftop oasis with cabanas that is generally not overcrowded. Kudos to the food staff who run a lovely bar/cafe and efficient room service. They all made me feel at home, especially Otto.

We had a very good stay. The initial room we were given was a bit smaller than our previous stays and the area of the hotel had a musty smell. Upon request they changed our room to a slightly nicer room in an area of the hotel that did not have the musty smell we noticed. The staff was very accommodating. We have stayed here many times before and will stay again

Great location one block from melrose. Spacious rooms which we needed bc we r family of 5. Our room was apt style. Theres a small restaurant. Not a happening hotel . If u want a grand lobby and ppl watching this is not for u. We picked this hotel bc of the large rooms and location. It’s a quiet hotel with a small lobby . Valet parking is $65 a nite which I feel is robbery . Staff was very nice .
