Good offer, nice and huge room. The lobby is beautiful, the breakfast place and the bar are very nice. We liked the credits given for any consumption at these places. The cons: the valet parking is very expensive and we may wait a very long time before he takes the car. The pool area is really small compared what we see in the pics

Localisation parfaite pour visiter Hollywood, également très proche de Griffith Park. J ai pu faire une journée en bus sans voiture jusqu à the grove. Beverly hills. Chambre spatieuse . Vue sur la colline et Hollywood sign top

bon rapport qualité prix
excellent hotel avec tous les services attendus, propre, calme si on est côté rue, literie top, piscine ... un petit bémol : les environs sont dépourvus d'options de restaurations (surtout pour le petit del, celui de l'hotel est moyen) et pas mal de homeless dans le quartier quand même un peu excentré globalement positif

A little bit deceiving
The hotel is very good located. The reception was very warm. However the room was very noisy as it was facing the highway. The hotel was offering a free glass of wine in the afternoon which is a nice initiative unfortunately those glass of wine were served in a glass for orange juice or watter which made it look very cheap, the way it was served was not as chic as the hotel pretend to be. Some long hairs were found on the bed sheets.

The AC did not work in my room. We called them to work on it 2x. It was miserable. I will Never go back.

Horribly rude person at the front desk, tried double charging for the deposit. The second he left the desk, the other guy checking us in corrected the amount and apologized for the manager with the bad attitude. What at you pay for when booking isn’t accurate in terms of the bill you leave with. Staff fees, property fee, tourist fees. All extra stuff you’re not aware of until you get there, or until you’re checking out actually… I’m from the city, born and raised. I’m an avid staycationer, so I love taking little mini vacations whenever I get a chance. This is not the place.

I am so sorry that your check-in did not go smoothly; I apologize for the issue you had with our Overnight Supervisor. It may have been related to your 4am arrival for a reservation that would normally check in at 3pm that day. I am very glad though that you enjoyed your stay enough to stay with us for an additional night though! As for the fees you mention, they are fully disclosed to you as the amount that you will pay at the hotel in your Expedia confirmation. I do know that this can be confusing but I am certain that you will find this information disclosed to you in both your confirmations from Expedia. We are sorry we were not a fit for you but we do sincerely thank you for staying with us!

Lovely spot in the heart of Hollywood. Nice comfy bed and xlnt bathroom. Only thing I would like to add is there was no seating in the room. Just an office chair. When friend came by had to sit on the bed. Would have been nice to have complimentary water in the room. Lobby facilities very nice with complimentary coffee in the AM plus water.

The hotel and accommodations were very modern and stylish. The valet parking situation seems like it was an after thought or missed idea and can definitely be improved upon. The bathtub/shower idea was unique but proved messy as water splashed outside of the wash area due to lack of glass/sliding door.

The welcome drinks were amazing. The valets and front desk people were top notch. Room was spacy for a room on LA. Walking distance to Hollywood blvd and plenty of life. Setting inside hotel was modern and clean. Didn't like that my couch had white powdery stains on it. And went down to the Jane restaurant and menu is super limited and service kind of sucked.

This was an okay hotel. We stayed here to go to a concert at the Hollywood Bowl. Nice enough inside and the staff was very friendly. Right across the street (to the left side of the lobby) are a bunch of homeless people living in tents. I know it’s how it is in LA, but we paid a lot for the room. We had one yelling at nothing right by us as we waited for an Uber ride at the front of the hotel. The room itself was okay. There was a little wear and tear on the carpet by the bathroom and the couch had whitish smudges on it. We didn’t sit on that. Bed was comfy and clean. The entire room besides the couch was really clean. We did have a great view of the Hollywood sign though. Windows in the whole hotel need a cleaning. It has rained a lot in LA recently, but I did notice the windows looking hazy in the hallway and our room.

The lobby and dining areas were nice, modern, and clean. The room’s furniture and mattress could use a refresh (uncomfortable thin mattress, and the cabinetry and couches had lots of visible wear/blemishes in our room). Great 15th floor views of the Hollywood city. Valet attendant was more interested in his cellphone than he was in coming to open our car door after we were returning for the night on one occasion. Otherwise it was a great stay. Expected a bit more quality at this price point and star level. 3.5 stars would be more accurate.
