Très bon Motel en ville
Très bon rapport qualité prix pour cet hôtel (type Motel US en pleine ville), calme, confortable même si pas luxueux. Beaucoup de possibilité de restauration aux alentours et très proche du convention center de Long Beach.

I like that the hotel was clean what I didn’t like was the room was really small. Also I paid around 178 for one night but then was sent an offer for 94 dollars literally after paying for the same day. I tried to get an understanding and was ignored

Upon arriving I knew parking was going to be a challenge. Once we did arrive we were lucky enough to find a spot. And this was us arriving later in the day. Check in was a breeze. Very friendly staff, clean small check in lobby with complimentary coffe and hot chocolate. Once we got into our room the room was clean and very spacious. Bed was comfortable and good closet space. My partner and I would definitely stay here again.

Built on the frame of a 1950's era motor hotel, this is a no frills room that meets the minimum amenties for business travel. Clean room with good power and wifi. No amenties in the hotel itself. OK area, a decent walk to the convention center. For the price, it was acceptable.

This is great hotel to stay for a day or two. Very clean, fresh remodeled, contemporary style. Staff is very nice. We didn’t have any problems with parking on site even website says limited parking. Be aware it’s downtown, it’s better to drive in and out hotel rather then walk at night. During daytime it’s ok to walk around. Would recommend this hotel.

Great place but a little loud
The hotel is in great condition, recently remodeled. The location is great and the people that run the hotel are very nice and thorough. The only problem I had with the hotel was that the room was very noisy. At night we could here the people upstairs walking around until pretty late. Then in the morning a bunch of people came for ice and we were near the ice machine. That noice made the people upstairs seem like no big deal. Overall, I recommend this hotel but hope you are upstairs and not near the ice machine

The room look amazing. I really like the style of lighting they had. It gives more of a comfortable vibe instead of the common hotel room. My stay was great besides hearing almost everything my neighbors was doing. I wish the walls were a little bit more soundproof but I did enjoy my stay.

Service was rude. Desk service made an assumption that the people who were in the room were all staying which absolutely was not the case. We were all meeting up there because we were all going to dinner together. As I was walking my friend to her car the person at the desk stared the entire five minutes directly at us the whole time. Creepy! And then my other friend was leaving but her car would not start so she had to wait for someone to either tow it or fix it and the concierge was notified of that. However he said she has to leave even though she wasn’t staying there over night and he said something about an 8pm curfew which I was never notified of prior to staying there. So he wanted her to wait OUTSIDE IN THE RAIN in Long Beach. Mind you we were also not being loud or disruptive! And he was telling us that rooms 124 and 125 were complaining about us after we had just gotten back for dinner and we were there not even 10 minutes. And I said I’ll make sure to apologize to them and he said no because they are leaving at 2am. And he kept talking about the policy of 8pm. So which is it? This place was super uncomfortable to stay it. And I would never stay here again. And to top it off, the towels that were in our bathroom had GRAY streaks on them. None of us had even used them yet. As well as the pillows were dirty too. Oh AND bathroom window had black moldy looking stuff on window sill
