We found blood on the pillow cases and blanket. It was fresh blood, bright red… which makes me think that the sheets had not been replaced before us… I calles the room service… they just told me it will be replaced and that’s it… no excuses… Really awfull… especially during a pandemic

Excellent customer service. Two associates helped me with a traveling need, and they came through for me. Nice room, pretty wood paneling in the bathroom. The only disappointment was that the restaurant is open only several hours for each meal period and closed in between. I wouldn't expect it of any restaurant. We arrived at 10 am and had to wait to get food. On the plus side, there's a well-stocked store in the lobby, qualotu food and beverages of all types. Good wine, even! Easy swipe to charge to yoir room. Nice lobby area.

The property shows its age. The lobby is real nice though. The room smelled musty like someone loved there. Overall it was ok as we were just there for one night. For the price it was ok.

The staff was nice but it took a while for us to check in because there was only one person at the front desk and a line of people. I’m sure they clean everything, but the carpets in the hallway are old and dirty and so are the furniture in our room.

The Fire alarm went off at 12:30am the first time. It went off several time after that. I ended up checking out at 5:30am unable to get any sleep with the alarm going off. I was told that it was kids pulling the alarm and that they are short staffed so could stop them from continuing to do so through out the night. They offered my points if I opened an IHG account. I would never stay there again….

The front desk check-in person was rude and obnoxious. Note: They charge $4.50 for coffee in the lobby, which I find rediculous. Every other IHG property offer it for free.

The Hotel, lobby and amenities were well. The room was not unfortunately smell heavily of cigarettes, the water on wc was running all night and the minibar earless as well.
