Les chambres sont très propres, hôtel situé près du freeway, très pratique. Par contre aurait pu faire des efforts concernant justement le bruit, on entendait bien les camions passer donc du bruit très tôt. Heureusement que les chambres étaient très confortables. Côté accueil pourraient mieux faire, en revenant de dîner, nous sommes un groupe de 10 personnes avec un grand van, le parking est petit mon mari s'est gare sur 2 places pour pouvoir ouvrir la porte latérale, on a même pas eu le temps de descendre que l'agent d'accueil est venu nous sommes de bien garer notre véhicule. On a beau lui expliquer ça ne servait à rien. Dommage

Hotel très bien, propre et à proximité de tout c'est à dire des plages Venice Beach et Santa Monica ainsi qu'universal studio et WarnerBros. Certes ce n'est pas du luxe mais tout y est la salle de bain et Wc privés et petit déjeuner mis à disposition à la réception. L'hôtel est juste assez si vous n'y passé pas vos journées. Petit bémol la piscine était fermée. Le personnel de la réception très sympa.

Juste pour une nuit, et encore...
Accueil rien à dire et chambre très grande avec un lit confortable mais: Situé juste sur l'autoroute donc très bruyant. Chambres mal isolées les unes des autres donc très bruyant. Il n'y a strictement rien à proximité. En bref uniquement pour une nuit si vraiment besoin d'un lit et si vous avez prévu ce qu'il vous faut pour manger et boire.

Je suis désolé que vous n'ayez pas apprécié votre séjour chez nous. Nous avons essayé de prendre les précautions nécessaires pour le bruit, mais ce n'est pas toujours suffisant. Nous espérons que vous nous donnerez un autre essai à l'avenir.

Strict minimum
En arrivant, la vitre blindée au check-in n'est pas très rassurante. Alors quand on s'est rendu compte qu'une des fenêtres de notre chambre ne barrait pas, on est allé demander pour changer de chambre, mais selon la réception, l'hôtel était complet et aucune chambre de libre. Il était environ 22h00 et le petit stationnement était à moitié vide.....On nous dit qu'il va envoyer quelqu'un dans 10-15 minutes pour réparer la fenêtre. Évidemment, personne n'est venu. Difficile de bien dormir également, car l'autoroute est très près. De plus, le lendemain matin, vers 8h15, on entends des bruits de marteaux et autres bruits de constructions. On sort de la chambre pour voir ce qui se passe, des hommes sont en train de détruire/rénover une chambre juste à côté. Super. On était déjà réveillé, mais quand même, pas fort. La cerise sur le sunday, le déjeuner est au minimum.Jus d'orange, café, muffin et chausson. C'est tout. La chambre est quand même correct, avec petit réfrigérateur et micro-onde, tv et wifi fonctionnel.

Hotel vieillot, le petit déjeuner est très limité mais le quartier est calme et l'accès à la freeway juste devant. Une bonne adresse à un prix raisonnable quand on ne fait que y dormir.Petite piscine(serviettes non fournies),Wifi et parking gratuits.

Room was not clean, arrived late and did not want to debate with attendant. Unfortunately, my room was right next to stairs and people were climbing up the stairs all night. Parking lot is tight, lots of noise related to starting cars, leaving at all times during the night.

They would not give me a first floor room even though I'm handicapped. If it hadn't been for my cousin who helped me up the stairs, I would've never made it. The room was freezing and the heater broke after the first 30 min. After several attempts calling the front desk to get it fixed, I finally got mad and called my cousin to pick me up. The attendant had offered me another room also on the second floor in another building. At the last minuet he offered a first floor room which he should have done to begin with! I checked out.

The clerk entered my card info wrong for the deposit causing my bank to lock it for suspected fraud. Even tho the reservation was fully paid for ahead of arrival online they refused to let me stay and refused a refund or cancellation for the room.
