La pire expérience de notre vie Vous devriez le déréferencer de votre site Nous avons l'habitude de réserver sur expedia en pensant quil y aurait un minimum mais là le minimum est tres loin Odeur noseabonde dans la chambre Le sol est mouillé (oui MOUILLÉ!), avec une température de 5° dehors cest inadmissible Les murs sont dans un sal etat Bref AUCUN point positif Nous avons demander a changer de chambre mais sans succes

Publicité mensongère, pas de petits-déjeuners
Nous avons réservé 2 chambres, 3 nuits, pour notre famille, parents et 2 enfants majeurs, selon nos critères habituels, wifi, parking, petit-déjeuners et classement hotel.com. En résumé, cet hôtel ne mérite pas cette note, chambres â renover, moquette sale et usée, aucune isolation phonique, pas de rideaux aux fenêtres… Il y a un fort trafique et de nombreux va et vient dans l’hôtel toutes les nuits. Enfin, je conteste le service petit-déjeuner qui était compris dans notre réservation, car l’hôtel ne fait plus de petits-déjeuners depuis au moins un an d’après le gardien. Je suis très déçu par cet établissement et hotel.com qui m’a vendu une chambre semon des critères qui sont faux. Pour les raisons évoquées je demande le remboursement. Très bon service et rapport qualité prix top
Bon séjour, confortable et bon service. Le quartier est plutôt populaire mais nous n'avons eu aucun souci, nous reviendrons vu le rapport qualité prix et l'emplacement stratégique aéroport/plages etc. Chambres propres et spacieuses, avec frigo. Un Bémol sur la propreté de la piscine, pas évidente tous les jours. Réception toujours serviable et a l'écoute.

Nous sommes restés 4 nuits dans cet hôtel. Le situation est bonne mais les nuits n'étaient pas calmes. Il y avait un va et vient incessant de voitures et de camions pendant la première partie de la nuit. Le petit déjeuner n'était pas terrible du tout.

There are mice or rats inside the mattress I could feel them moving around as i layed there. I dod not get much sleep. Was too tired and busy to request a refund, but i definitely would appreciate one. They request mandatory 100 deposit. I was expecting 20 or 50 max for having paid 65 dollars for the night. Prostitutes with kids yelling as early as 4 am next door

The room was very clean and spacious. Traveling with grown son and grandsons it’s important for us to have room for all our stuff. Stores and restaurants are very close so the street is very busy but it was still very quiet in the room.

We cancelled our reservation… When we were checking in they asked for a $100 deposit for incidentals. The card we used to book the room was the same card we were going to use for the deposit and was told the card was declined!!! Which was a lie… He wanted us to pay cash!! So we left..
