The only thing that was good was a nice lady that attended to my family ONE NIGHT. Other than that... floor was dirty in the room.. fridge was damaged and caused an injury to my daughter.. extremely noisey!! We had to mop the floor oursleves because our feet were black from the filth. Vending machines were out of order. No way to plug the bathtub to bathe my 16 month old. All around bad experience. Will not ever book here again.

Room filthy, obviously housecleaning doesn't bother. Broken microwave, loose toilet seat, shaky towel rack. Child's dirty handprints, spit, and face prints all over the cabinets and window. Slow bathtub drain, some kind of funky stuff on the bed skirt. Woodwork and cabinets rotted out, cigarette stains on bathroom sink, ripped curtain and missing parts of the curtain rod. I absolutely did not sleep at all for fear of bugs. NO! ALTHOUGH THEY SAY THEY DO ON THEIR WEBSITE, THEY DO NOT SUPPLY DISHES AND UTENSILS IN THE KITCHENETTE, OR FREE BREAKFAST. The only reason i booked a two night stay here even though i know the area is because i needed a kitchen to cook for my husband after he gets off work, WE ARE NOT ON VACATION, and after paying full price AND a pet fee, i figured they would accomodate us professionally and fittingly. Theres abviously two seperate parts to this hotel and they put me where I shouldn't be because of my dog, and there is no breakfast (what a joke, granola bars and packaged doughnuts). The outside needs to be power washed so bad! Its disgusting. This hotel rents to full time government assisted and hotel voucher residents. As a result they cut corners on expeditures like tv remotes (mine was broke and they had no extras) committed staff to rooms quality upkeep (broken microwave, ripped curtains, broken curtain rod, rickity towel rack, and time it takes to CLEAN thoroughly) you have to bring your used linens down to the front desk to get fresh.

We stayed for 2 nights and check-in went smoothly. We checked our room and it had only 2 pillows and we wanted 2 additional and the young gentleman was able to get 2 more for us. The room did not have any toiletries provided. Room was clean and had a large fridge. It also had an elevator.

Room was pretty large. Nice to have a full size refrigerator. Heating and AC worked fine. WiFi was very weak. The “grab your own breakfast is located in “the lobby” which has not a single chair, couch or table. If you want to sit and eat you must go outside the building and sit on the concrete porch. That’s the opposite of hospitality. All staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was okay, staff were helpful but not overly welcoming. The hallway to the rooms had trash bags and trash left outside of the rooms from check in to check out. The cust svc rep working the front desk was amazing. He was friendly and helpful. The room was not in great shape. Every time I have stayed here, each room has had its own unique, odd smell. This was no exception. The bathroom light did not work, but we did not have time to report it/switch rooms. And the water pressure in the shower...my god. I understand most hotels throttle the pressure to save money, but the shower heads with the sprinkle of water coming out, in addition to the water pressure being non-existent, makes it nearly impossible to wash your hair unless it's less than an inch long, and the showers end up taking at least twice the amount of time. I think I'm finally at a point where I will be choosing to try out other hotels in the area next time I need a room, as this one is causing more frustration than anything every time I stay.

Worth it
Feels like I’m home even though I was far from home. It’s welcoming, even though we didn’t use the provided kitchen. Food was simple; oatmeal’s, bars and coffee, nothing extremely fancy but at least there’s food. Overall very happy with the price, location and the people working there.

Extended Stay San Dimas
The hotel is in good condition. Front desk staff are friendly whenever you can find them. The housekeeping staff was not too friendly, when asked for towels they told me to go ask the front desk. Overall the room was clean and comfortable.

Reserve 2 cuartos con 2 camas cada uno, no se respeto la reservacion me entregaron 2 cuartos con una sola cama cada uno, para hacer el check in, tube que invertir mas de 50 min solo para el check in y todo para que no se respetara mi reservacion, el hotel descuidado desde el estacionamiento hasta la habitacion, personal del hotel no sabe como hacer su trabajo bien
