Not in the Center of Everything, but Close Enough to It
This is a cozy, private space in a quiet residential neighborhood. Three adults slept comfortably, but probably more ideal for two. Rooftop deck, hot tub, and outdoor seating to relax or entertain. Gas stove, Keurig machine, and everything you need to prepare meals and save on eating out. Accessible to all North Hollywood has to offer without being right in the middle of it.

Comfort tucked away in N Hollywood
We drove down to N Hollywood from Idaho to attend a taping of a comedy show at the El Portal theater and visit relatives that live in the area. The pictures don't to the Villa justice, it definitely exceeds the pictures. It is a quaint place that is very comfortable. Located in an established neighborhood it is close to everything you could want. Great food and good entertainment.

The home was perfect for us. The kitchen and bath were both updated with modern appliances and fuxtures. The separate rooms gave the kids their own space. It was our first time in LA, the lication was close to everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend.

Exactly what I expected!!
Looks just like in the pictures. Very clean inside and out, loved the hot tub!! I would bring more towels next time. For myself and my two kids there were 2 bath towels, 2 towels that looks like hot tub towels, and a couple wash clothes. Luckily I brought towels for the hot tub so we had enough. Other than that it was awesome and I will definitely book again:)

After a bumpy start getting checked in, we had a wonderful stay. The hot tub felt amazing after busy days of sightseeing. The neighborhood is quiet and we were able to relax and sleep well.

Great location!
So close to the airport, which was a great ! Close to shopping and food. There is only one thing I would change. The place was great and price was excellent , but the bed. The bed was the most uncomfortable thing I have ever slept on. Other than that Id say it was perfect and I hate complaining so I wanted to give it a 5 star.

Splendid, on every level
Safe quiet pleasant area, apartment is spotless and fully equipped,. My wife and I are very impressed. My only problem with adding a 5 star review to all the others, is that it will make this place fully booked up when we try to come back.... Loved it . . .

Los Angeles Answer Seeking Trip
I came out to California for 12 days to look into residency amongst other things. I found Rosy’s listing and was immmediately drawn to the hot tub and rooftop sitting area. And while the aesthetic and location was amazing, it was the hospitality and service provided that set this stay apart from any other stay. Rosy was beyond excellent at proceeding not only the essential items but also prompting answers and attended to anything that I needed. I cannot thank her and her staff enough for providing a care free stay and incredible hospitality. Do yourself a favor and look this location up if you’re ever in the area! You will not be disappointed

Nice place, enjoyable stay
The accommodation allowed us to explore the LA area by day and relax at night. We didn't use the hot tub as the weather was very hot - a/c in the main room was great, but sun room did stay very warm overnight. We sat outside in the evening, but be warned to take insect repellent as we all got bitten on the first night. We enjoyed the fresh grapefruits from the tree. Set in a safe-feeling residential neighbourhood with a supermarket and fast food places nearby. Good for a couple or family. Having 3 beds was great for us so our teenagers could have their own space!

I love this place. Had everything laid out - more supplies than a lot of other places. One of my personal favorite touches is the shampoo, soap, and lotion dispensers! They hacked the space so perfectly. I didn't use the jacuzzi because it was so hot already, but I loved that option. Above patio is gorgeous also! I was very, bery happy.

This villa is an entirely private property that offers so many beautiful amenities. Amazing Stay!
The space is small but accommodated my family of 5 comfortably. The location is great – quite neighborhood and not far from Universal or Hollywood. My favorite space was the backyard, which is amazing. The hot tub, roof top patio, picnic table under the shade of the fruit tree, and lights made it feel like we had our own little slice of paradise. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Trip to Noho
I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, convenient place to stay in LA! Everything was great and the place has most anything you need. The owner is very accommodating and works hard to ensure that you are happy at her place. My teenage son and I stayed here two weeks and made amazing memories. The hot tub and the grapefruit tree along with the lighted fenced yard make the place feel very homey. We would definitely stay here again! BTW the off street parking is so convenient and well lit and felt very safe.

Cute well-furnished bungalow
A tiny space but comfortably accommodated my family of 6. The hot tub is a nice bonus and there's a nice sitting area on top of the house, which we didn't have a chance to use (watch out, the spiral staircase is slippery when wet!!). Rosy was super fast to respond to questions.

Thank you so much Amber for the staying with us. and I am glad you have a great time when you and your family enjoy your stay. Unfortunately, when you stayed here it was a bad weather, rain and storms that hits California. (Which is rare!). You would enjoy all outdoor amenities including Jacuzzi. I take a note your suggestion regarding the stairs, we are going to add anti slip pad on each step for our guest's safety. Thank you again for great feedback. God Bless

Very Very Nice!
We had a very nice time during our vacation in California. We would definitely stay here again next time we come . It is very clean and new and has a nice back yard with a nice hot tub and awesome lemon tree . Everything we needed was here for us .Highly recommended!!!

Excellent NOHO Stay
Our family of 5 enjoyed this cottage in NOHO. Close to everything and easy to find. Check In was a breeze. The spa was great and the kids loved the deck. Highly recommend.

Cozy stay with everything we needed
Rosy was an exceptional host and so responsive and gracious throughout our time at her place. She was very accommodating and friendly. The place was perfect! So close to shopping and good food. We enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again!

Backyard was paradise!
We were extremely happy with our stay here. The host was so welcoming (she even left us a bowl full of snacks for our arrival) and the backyard was very relaxing. Sitting in a hot tub near a citrus (grapefruit) tree with lights all around. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Private backyard with hotub!
This property is everything we needed during our visit for the holidays. Communication was prompt. My favorite part of the property was the large and private backyard with a private hot tub. The inside of the property was clean and had every amenity/appliance/utensil you could possibly think of. Enjoy!

Reunion with daughters
We used Rosy's property as a home base when visiting our daughters. We haven't seen our daughters in 2 years because of covid. This made a perfect place to meet. The house had everything we needed. We spent a alot of time in the game room and played games. Lots of laughter and memories. My favorite place was the court yard. There was a grapefruit tree. We ate fresh grapefruit for breakfast. We grilled and ate dinner out there. At night we would we get in the hot tub to relax. Once we closed the door on the privacy fence than it was like we were in our own private world. We plan on staying there again next time we go to California and I would recommend it to anybody that is planning a visit to Hollywood or near that area.

Wonderful stay at Rosy's. Thank you!
We spent a fantastic month here but wish we could have stayed even longer. If you're still debating where to stay during your vacation or work trip, don't even hesitate to pick Rosy's place! She truly is an amazing host and goes out of her way to make her guests feel welcome. Our communication was excellent, she was very attentive and quick to respond to every message. Check-in and check-out were very simple and stress-free with keyless entry. We loved the rooftop, it was a perfect spot to relax after enjoying a soak in the hot tub (cleaned and maintained weekly). The backyard is so beautiful and peaceful and the fence gives you privacy. It's a nice quiet neighborhood, walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. The guest house was fully equipped with everything we needed to feel right at home. The AC worked perfectly on hot days and it was so convenient to have a washer/dryer in the unit. Laundry supplies as well as bathroom essentials, towels, hand sanitizer and dish soap were all provided. Coffee, snacks and lovely little details throughout this home are also a nice touch and show how thoughtful the host is. We barely got home and already miss this place, it was such an awesome stay all around. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

A good time at the Joy House
Property as described. It was a good base for our family of three to discover LA. Rosy was very responsive and fast to answer our questions and requests. AC functioned well and it was a nice touch to have a laundry machine there. We appreciated having a table to dine outside and enjoyed the hot tub. Neighborhood is residential and seems safe.
