The home is conveniently located near the 405 and 710 freeways, making day trips to Disneyland, Orange County beaches, or even Santa Monica quick and easy. Ride-shares, buses, and nearby bike rentals offer even more ways to explore.

HOUSE RULES

• Check-in from 3:30 PM. Checkout by 10:30 AM. Other times require written approval.
• Entry: FRONT MAIN DOOR ONLY. Tap the lock to wake the keypad, then enter your assigned code. Do not use the side door by the driveway.
• Kitchen: Clean up after yourself. Wash and put away used dishes, cookware, and utensils. Do not leave dirty dishes in the sink. No food or drinks in bedrooms.
• Checkout: Leave beds unmade. Place used white towels in the laundry hamper. Turn off lights, TVs, and AC/heat. Lock doors and windows.
• Trash: Put all trash and recycling in the correct bins at the back: black = trash, blue = recycling, green = organics.
• Quiet hours: 11 PM–8 AM. Respect neighbors; no loud music, talking, or outdoor noise. Police or city enforcement may be called for violations.
• Guests: Maximum 8 overnight guests, all registered. No extra guests or visitors after 10 PM without written approval.
• Parking: Use designated spaces and follow street signs. Do not block driveways, sidewalks, or neighbors.
• Pets: $150 fee; approval and addition to the reservation required before booking. Unauthorized pets = $200 fee + additional cleaning.
• No parties, events, or large gatherings. Violation = immediate cancellation + $500 fine + city report.
• No smoking or vaping indoors; use the designated outdoor area. Smoking indoors = $250 cleaning fee.
• Safety: No tampering with cameras, smoke alarms, or Wi-Fi equipment. Tampering = automatic cancellation and fines.
• Report damage immediately. You’re responsible for any loss or damage beyond normal use. Keep furniture in place.
• Turn off AC/heat when the home is empty.

This is a licensed short-term rental under Long Beach law. Non-compliance will be reported to city officials and may result in legal action. Respect the home, neighbors, and city rules.
