Private, first-floor condo in park-like, gated community is a comfy home base while visiting SoCal. Close to Claremont Colleges, Ontario International Airport, Convention Center & Pomona Fairplex.

Centrally located to Big Bear, Disneyland, Orange County Beaches, Temecula & Apple Valleys. Target, Walmart, Costco, supermarkets, and a range of restaurants are within a 10-minute drive of the condo.

Well-behaved, house-trained pets are welcome for an additional fee. We have a fenced patio and walking paths within the complex (plus several nearby dog parks). Kindly pick up pet waste and keep pets off furniture/carpeted areas. We provide TV with Amazon FireStick and Roku Streaming to allow you to enter your own accounts but please remember to logout before you leave. No DirectTv or Spectrum TV provided.

Place was exactly as described, if not better! Very comfortable quarters, nice living area and outdoor area which we sadly barely used as were moving a kid into college and gone most of the day. Best equipped kitchen we have ever had in any house rental ever - if you're one who likes to cook, this is your place for sure. Including spices/food in the cabinets. Comfortable beds, good shower, all great! My only additional comment is that the temperature of the house is set remotely which means if you like temperatures outside of 72-75 degrees at any point of the day or night, you will need to use the ceiling fans (which are great)... not a big deal. Super easy entry and exit.

Disorganized Check-In, but Comfortable Stay Once Settled

We had a rocky start to our stay at this property. Upon arrival, we realized we had not received any check-in instructions and were unable to access the condo. I attempted to contact the host via messaging while standing outside, but received no response. Eventually, I was able to reach him by phone, and it became clear he was surprised by my call—he had mistakenly thought we were arriving the following day.It took an additional 20 minutes for him to provide us with the entry code. Unfortunately, because he wasn’t expecting us, the condo had not been fully cleaned. We had to do laundry, wash dishes, make beds, and clean the floors ourselves upon arrival—not the way anyone wants to start a vacation.Eric was apologetic and agreed to issue a one-night refund for the inconvenience. However, when the refund came through, it was only for the base rate of the night and did not include the related taxes. Despite multiple requests to honor our agreement and refund the full night’s rate, Eric refused to include the taxes, which felt unfair and disappointing.That said, once the condo was cleaned, the rest of the stay was enjoyable. The space was well-equipped and comfortable. Still, the disorganized check-in and the way the refund was handled left a negative impression.

An easy stay

Three family members came to town for my daughter’s graduation, and we needed separate beds. The sofa bed was easy to use and there were plenty of sheets and towels. The place was tidy and had extra supplies, like spices and condiments. Eric responded immediately to a question, despite the fact that we found all the answers in a notebook he leaves for guests.

College Visit

In town to visit kids in college at Claremont. Excellent property. Great hosts who were very welcoming and responsive when I had a question. The condo is in a safe, gated community. The community pool and spa are clean and very nice. The condo is tastefully decorated and perfectly appointed with a fully stocked kitchen, luxurious bed and towels and TVs in every room. We needed nothing more. I will be recommending this host's place to everyone I know going to Claremont/Ontario.

This is a gem!

My 2 adult cousins and I stayed 3 nights. The 2 beds were very comfortable. The sofa bed was ok. The apt is very cute, well furnished, nice patio, beautiful grounds. There’s a pool hot tub and playground but we didn’t use them. The neighborhood is perfect for walking -safe, low traffic, accessible. Only 15-20 minutes to Ontario airport and an easy drive. We’d definitely stay again. Eric was good to work with!

Nice Place, Convenient Location

Enjoyed our stay. Arrival and departure were easy and trouble free. Unit was clean, instructions were clear, and kiitchen was well equipped. The community hot tub was hot and appeared clean. Our only issue was that there wasn't much in the immediate area (grocery, pharmacy, etc.) but there were a couple good breakfast/diner restaurants (Joannes and Iron Skillet) nearby (5-7 minute drive) that we enjoyed.

Loved Our Stay!

We stayed for nearly a week and enjoyed each day. Access to kitchen amenities and laundry amenities was definitely a plus. Such amenities are not expected in a hotel room but they were readily available to us which took our stay to another level of enjoyment.

3 days and nights

This was a very nice, clean and really well-stocked property. The pictures were accurate and the instructions were received in advance and were spot on. I didn't use the pool (it seemed it wasn't heated, but not sure?) but I did use the spa which was nice and a very short walk from the condo. My only critique is it could be noisy...heard the folks upstairs thru the ceiling one time and I think every time they used their toilet you were aware because of drain noises...it is also in the flight path of Ontario Airport and you could hear some planes taking off, but that is nitpicky! I'd recommend this VRBO.

A great well stocked 2BR apartment

I recently stayed at this two bedroom apartment with two other family members, and overall it was a great experience. The apartment complex has a lot of amenities, including a pool and a t tennis court. The apartment itself was well stocked, especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed to prepare meals during our stay. The second bedroom was a bit on the small side, but it wasn't a big deal.

Perfect stay for family get away

The moment I saw this listing I had a feeling it was too good to be true but it did not disappoint. From the easy location to the security of the area and just the comfort we felt right at home. Allowing us to come and go in between our adventures to LA and more. Anything you could need or think of, don’t fret they have it there for you. I honestly couldn’t think of anything that was missing from our trip thanks to our stay here.

Cute little place
