Located just adjacent to Culver City, this cozy single-story home is a short drive from some of the most iconic attractions in the area, including Santa Monica, Venice Beach, and Marina Del Rey. With easy access to downtown LA, as well as world-class dining, shopping, and beaches, SeaRose is the perfect home base for your Los Angeles getaway.
The home itself is flooded with natural light, thanks to large sliding glass doors that open to the tranquil outdoors. Inside, the spacious living room features cozy sofas, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. The family room offers an ideal space to unwind, whether you're watching your favorite show or enjoying a quiet moment with a book. Additionally, the home's piano and fireplace make for a charming nook where you can gather for an afternoon tea or a fun game night with loved ones.
The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a double-door refrigerator, dishwasher, cooktop, double wall oven, and all necessary cookware, makes meal preparation a breeze. Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast at the breakfast bar or enjoying a family meal in the bright dining room, SeaRose has you covered.
The master suite offers ultimate relaxation with a king-size bed, luxury linens, a TV, and a private bathroom with a remodeled walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms, each with a queen bed, plush linens, and TVs, offer comfort and tranquility, with one connecting to a half bathroom for added convenience. The main guest bathroom features dual vanities and a shower/tub combination.
The private backyard is an outdoor haven, surrounded by a cedar hedge for extra privacy. A covered porch with outdoor seating for six, a modern gas BBQ grill, and ample lounge space make this the perfect spot to enjoy the warm Southern California weather, dine al fresco, or simply unwind.

PARKING: Parking space for two cars is available in the driveway and the garage.
