The Space:

This newly built estate offers an open-concept layout, a chef’s kitchen, indoor–outdoor living, and a cozy movie/den room. The primary suite features a spa-style bathroom, steam shower, and a private view deck. Two guest suites sit upstairs, with an additional mini-suite on the main level. Outside, enjoy a pool, spa, infrared sauna, BBQ, pizza oven, bocce ball court, and peaceful nature views. To help keep the grounds beautiful year-round, a groundskeeper lives on the property in a discreet Airstream tucked well out of sight. He services and maintains the land daily while respecting guests’ privacy. On one side of the property, you’ll also find a small penned area with our chickens and roosters, adding a touch of relaxed country charm—you may occasionally hear a rooster crow, in the morning.



Guest Access:

Guest will have access to the entire house.

Located in the quiet Malibu mountains, this home offers complete privacy while still being a short drive to Malibu’s beaches, restaurants, and shops. Surrounded by nature, the area is ideal for relaxation, stargazing, and scenic hikes. Perfect for guests seeking seclusion without sacrificing convenience.



Other Things to Note:

Occupancy & Noise



-No parties or events.



-Maximum occupancy: 8 guests at all times.



-All music and noise must stay indoors and at a reasonable level after 10 PM.



-No outdoor use (pool, patio, hot tub) after 10 PM.



-Sliding doors must remain closed after 10 PM to prevent noise.



-Noise monitoring devices and exterior cameras are on-site.



Neighborhood Respect



-Any disturbance or violation of these rules may result in immediate eviction without refund.



Property Use



-Pets allowed case-by-case with approval — $90/day per pet.



-Pool heating available upon request — $90/day (hot tub included).



-Smoking indoors is prohibited — $250 fine.



Damage fees:



-Towels: $35 each



-Sheets/duvets: $200 each



-Pillowcases: $35



-Excessive mess: $200



Damages



Please report any existing damage at check-in.

If something breaks, notify us immediately. Small items are usually not charged; larger damages will be discussed and agreed upon before checkout.
