The space
Located in Santa Monica, this apartment is perfect for those working remotely or traveling to Los Angeles. Right off of Lincoln Bvld, you are close to coffee shops, restaurants, and more.

This apartment is located on the second floor of a boutique condo building. There is potential for noise from neighbors around the complex.
Other things to note
B A C K G R O U N D C H E C K: We do require a background check and income verification as part of the onboarding process. This is processed one time and is valid on any of our stays for up to 1 year.

A G R E E M E N T: Upon approval of the background check, you will be required to sign a monthly rental agreement in accordance with LA city laws for the duration of your reservation. The background check and agreement must be completed and signed within 24 hours of reservation confirmation or the reservation will be canceled.

P E T S: Most of our stays are pet-friendly. Dog breed restrictions apply, no exotic animals of any kind. Bi-weekly housing is required for an additional $150 per month for reservations with pets. Please reach out prior to booking to confirm if your dog's breed will be accepted.

P A R K I N G: Most of our stays come with onsite or off-street parking. Please reach out prior to booking to confirm the type of parking available for your desired stay.

C A N C E L L A T I O N S: To receive a full refund, you must cancel at least 30-days in advance of your reservation.

R E F U N D S: All reservations and payments are non-refundable with the exception of extenuating circumstances. We are not responsible for situations and circumstances out of our control including but not limited to noise from the building, neighbors, and/or nearby construction (if any).
