We had a great time at this well appointed, recently renovated house. The location is great - it is walking distance to the coast, and even closer to some really good restaurants.The interior is in great shape and looks like it was renovated recently. There is plenty of indoor and indoor/outdoor space, including a roof deck with a hot tub.Each living space has its own mini-split heat pump for air conditioning and heat. The system works great and is very quiet.Parking is in a garage, which is awesome and really useful for this area because street parking does fill up. The kitchen is nice - while we didn't cook anything, it was well appointed and had the all-important coffee maker.There are a few quirks:* While EV charging is listed as a feature, it is subject to a separate 50 fee. Instead, it cost me 14 to use a public charger to return my rental car.* I'm not sure if this is universal, but the garage door opener was locked - you raise the garage door manually. This wasn't a big deal so there wasn't a need to bring it up.* The second bedroom bed has a daybed that you need to pull out to make into the full-sized bed (I say "full-sized" because I don't remember if it was a full or a queen). Again, just a quirk (not a big deal) but something to know if you have any trouble lifting things.Overall, I would definitely recommend this for anyone wanting to stay near downtown LB.
