We are very disappointed with this trip: the reception by videoconference was mediocre, with a faulty system. Upon arrival, we were tormented by an inoperative room code, which forced us to wait a whole hour outside before getting the room at 11:00 p.m. No parking was available at the accommodation; we had to park on the street, then pick up the vehicle at 6:00 a.m. to prevent it from being removed. In addition, hotel assistance is non-existent. All this only concerns the first day. We vacated the room every day at 9:00 a.m. at the latest, without a cleaning lady; perhaps we should have left at 7:00 a.m., when we heard her bub and cart knocking in front of the door. The walls are indeed the thickness of a sheet of paper. The shower has dirty joints surrounded by yellow traces, and the bathroom is quite small. For a one-night stay, it's acceptable, and again. Fortunately, the location is correct and easy to access. We hope for compensation.

Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Some of the staff were rather ignorant and unfriendly, and we were not even greeted when arriving. The breakfast was particularly disappointing: there was very little choice, and the food was mostly tasteless. The pool was also much smaller than it appeared in the pictures, which was quite misleading. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations, and there is definitely room for improvement.
