« The property was so comfortable and clean. The view was fantastic and there where tons of food and fun options all around. The property was also quiet which was surprising given the size of the resort. Easy access to the beach and so many pools to choose from for all age levels. Very close driving or even walking to stores, food and attractions. »

« The room was on the side with little view of the ocean/beach. I called the hotel to verify that the room I was booking was ocean front and they confirmed. The tower I was in had 3 elevators in which only one worked 3/4 of our stay. When I called front desk for a towel exchange, I called to call a couple more times before we got them. I called for toilet paper and no one ever showed up with it. I offered to pick up the item and they assured me that someone would be bringing it up. The pool one...

« The unit was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom fixtures were little outdated, but totally usable and very clean. It should be noted that you’re unable to use the rest of the Kingston, plantation pools and hot tubs. The pool and hot tub that Brighton has was very nice though the pool water was so cold. The hot tub was full of children. »

« We liked the quite area and the beds were very comfortable. The best sleep we've gotten on vacation. The room was close to the pools and just a short stroll to the beach. The room was clean but could use some updates in the bathrooms. »

« Host was some what helpful, mold on ceiling in bathroom and extremely dirty couch , she sent someone out to clean but we ultimately just left and did not stay. I let her know that we were not staying and never heard back. Location is great but updating and a really good cleaning is needed »
