« My husband and I stayed here for a weekend in September and loved every minute. Cottage was well decorated, very clean and had everything you would need. We loved the outdoor shower and the host was so accommodating and thoughtful. Highly recommend and hope to return soon. »

« A lovely beach cottage with bay views and easy walking access to the Atlantic beaches.The place was cozy and clean with expansive open views across reserve land to the bay.A bit tricky to find off the highway at night but we eventually got our bearings! »

« This adorable, cozy cottage was perfect for our family getaway to Montauk. We have tried various rentals and hotels each summer and Robert’s cottage was by far our favorite. It fit our family of 5 perfectly, with enough room that we didn’t feel on top of each other. The decor was light and airy and just what we were hoping to find. From the awesome location, just a walk to the ocean, to the indoor pool and back up to a comfortable stay, our entire family agree that we can’t wait to return!...

« Excellent property and the owner is very nice! We were visiting from Texas and never have been to Long Beach before. Its only about a 45 minute from New York City and love being able to visit New York City and then get some peace and quiet from that busy city. The location of the home is perfect and can walk to the beach about two blocks away. There is a laundry mat around the corner and can knock out your laundry fast. « The home is very quaint and well appointed. There were many things that we could avail ourselves with. A kayak, a bike, beach chairs, greens in the garden, BBQ grill, a very nice pair of binoculars, a boogie board etc. Lots of interesting wall decorations of drawings and paintings. Close to the very nice towns of Montauk and Sag Harbor. The beach is nearby. For the ocean side we really enjoyed Hither Hills State Park. »

« we had a great stay at this property. the house was perfect. great value for the price. it is new and modern and extremely clean. the area itself was also nice. on a dead end street so nice and secluded. the host also included many amenities for guests to use which was a plus. would definitely stay here again. »

« The interior of the cottage is well laid out, nicely furnished and is decorated in a nautical theme. The kitchen is well-supplied and has good appliances. The air conditioners work well and there are ceiling fans in the master bedroom and kitchen. The living room and deck overlook a tree-shaded backyard and the cottage is surrounded by flowers and plantings. And, of course, the nearby ocean beach is a star attraction! »

"A 3 minutes du metro et 3 stations de Times Square! Chambre bonne grandeur renove ; belle toilette…l’exterieur et le lobby sont assez vieillots et un peu moches!! Vue sur la ville pour les chambres plus chers seulement;quartier correct et avec 2-3minutes pour se rendre a l’hotel donc sans inquietude!!!!donc pour le prix 165$ca bien satisfaisant!"

"Week-end inoubliable. L’hôtel est idéalement situé dans un quartier vibrant, rempli de bons restos, de bars sympas et d’une vraie petite vie de quartier. On s’y sent en sécurité à toute heure du jour et de la nuit. La terrasse sur le toit offre une vue imprenable sur l’Empire State Building — un vrai coup de cœur ! En quelques minutes à pied, on atteint un superbe quai avec une vue magnifique sur Manhattan. Autour de l’hôtel, il y a plein de petites épiceries et de boutiques branchées. L’endroit parfait pour profiter de New York autrement. Je recommande à 100 % !"
