« Second time staying on the property. Host was very responsive. Amazing sunsets and views of downtown, the harbor, shoreline and beaches. Dining, shopping and activities are just outside the entrance. Rail station is a block away and will have you downtown LA in an hour. »

« The location was perfect, walking distance to Santa Monica beach and to coffee shops. The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, and the extra blankets were appreciated. The neighbors in the other apartments were friendly, which was a nice surprise for LA. »

« We had a quiet, comfortable stay here. The location was great for the variety of activities we had planned at various locations all over LA and the private parking space was a huge plus. Easy check in/out and excellent communication. Bonus points for their video showing how to access the private parking spot out back. Knowing exactly where to park in advance made checking in so much easier, especially after being on the road for hours. We will definitely plan to stay here again on future trips...
