Petit motel de charme, chambres de plein pied mais petites avec voitures garées juste devant. Un peu cher , mais peu de concurrence, et bien placé au pied des Alabama Hills et à la porte de Death Valley.

Lors de notre arrivée dans la chambre : - toilette sale - poubelle de la salle de bain non vidée - des cheveux et de la poussière sous le matelas - tache bleue sur les draps - mauvaise odeur de la chambre - cafetière disponible mais sans le café

We apologize for the inconvenience but but when your trying to check inn before check inn time that's the kind of of room you got. I hold all my housekeepers to high standard and not once have i gotten a complain about the room being dirty.

En sortant de Death Valley
Chambre refaite à neuf. Personnel plutôt sympa et machine à laver à disposition. Le point négatif est que si votre voisin a décidé de dormir avec la clim, vous allez entendre les ventilo s'allumer puis s'éteindre toute la nuit, et ça en fait du bruit!

Loved: - AC worked well for motel - very clean - bedsheets surprisingly soft, comfortable, more like normal sheets than typical hotel/motel ones - view of Mt Whitney from room - extremely friendly, helpful front desk - helped me find a place to park in the too-small lot, helped me identify Whitney from other peaks, excited to show me aurora borealis pictures Not a fan (but relatively minor nits): - too little parking - weird hard rail in the edge-of-mattress

I liked that there was a sign explaining where to find the ice machine. The parking is pretty tight but the tenants were cooperative. I didn’t see anyone exceeding one space. I would stay there again.

It was a hot day. When we came the room was also hot. We started air condition and it wasnt enough for a long time.

This is a lovely old school Motel with the Easern Sierra’s right out the back side and a great stay if your going to Death Vally NP. Very close to the Alabama Hills and the Movie Museum is right next door. Room was clean could park right outside the room just the way I like it. I try to support the mom & pop motels when I can otherwise they’ll disappear.

The room was small. There was 1 portion of coffee for two adults. The bed was terrible as the sides of the bed were super reinforced and it hurt to sit on it. The soap bar was micro sized.

The Trails Motel was clean, the staff were helpful and charming, and the location was perfect for our plans to bird watch around Owen's Lake. I'll definitely stay here again!

This is a typical old style motel, kept up well. Beds were comfortable, the heat worked (important in April). Hot water was off and I wasn’t about to get out of the shower to knock on management door, though they later apologized and said they could have solved the problem. It’s on the Main Street but I missed it at first because the sign was not lighted at night. Overall OK, though maybe a bit overpriced for the product.

The rooms were really small especially the bathroom. You could barely shut the door. The motel was convenient to town and sites.

This motel is perfect if you are just passing by and only staying a night or two. very friendly staff, quiet location. Only thing I will say is there is no hot water we went to try and take a shower and it was cold.

This is a very nice place to stay - affordable, seems newly refurbished, and I was very happy with my stay. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean & fresh. I highly recommend it.
