Washcloths
For North American travellers, remember to bring a few washcloths along as this hotel does not provide any. I have been to a few hotels during my stay in the UK and most don’t.

Le service à l’arrivée est très bien, l’équipe a installé les lits pour nos enfants à l’ouverture de la chambre. Petit déjeuner excellent, par contre une seule machine à café en libre service ce qui crée un peu d’attente à l’heure de pointe.

Idéal en famille pour visiter Londres
Bel hotel de la la chaine Novotel. Personnel très agréable et bien situé car au pied de la gare de Greenwich avec des lignes train et DLR fréquentes qui menent rapidement dans Londres. Le tarif est bcp moins cher que sur Londres centre en plus le petit déjeuner est très bon.

Ca s'est tout bien passer, très confortable ,silencieux ,personnel accueillant ,très bon petit déjeuner. il i a eu 2 petites betes qui se promenaient dans la chambre, nom par manque de nettoyage mais peu être désinfecter les toilettes au niveau des égouts et renouveler la moquette. le cendrier dehors était toujours plein. a part ca j'y retournerais. Hôtel très bien placé
Très bon hôtel pour ma part même si des personnes que je connais ont eu des problèmes pendant leur séjour (notamment par rapport aux toilettes: fuite de la chasse d'eau pour l'un, chasse d'eau bloquée pour l'autre) Sinon hôtel très bien placé (10min à pied pour aller au parc de Greenwich et à l'observatoire, juste à côté de la ligne de train allant à London Bridge et du métro (d'ailleurs certaines chambres donnent directement sur les voies ferrées). Le petit déjeuner est très copieux.

I really liked this hotel very much and I stay in a lot of hotels. Loved the ‘executive’ room. The whole hotel is such a great design. Excellent foyer.

Aufenthalt als Familien mit 2 Kindern (11/14), direkt am Bahnhof gelegen und damit sehr zentral, die Bahn hat uns nicht gestört. Restaurants, Cafés, Pubs usw in unmittelbarer Nähe, ebenso Park, Thamse fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Zimmer sauber, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Toiletten nichts für korpulentere Personen, sehr eng. Frühstücksbuffet für uns ausreichend (von jedem etwas), aber leider täglich genau das gleiche. Matratze im Bett (nicht Zustellbetten) sehr bequem.

Booked two rooms, asked to be close but ended up on different floors (and inexplicably BOTH given disabled rooms even though we didn't ask for them)! Rooms were large, big TV, fridge, tea making facilities, plenty of toiletries, free WiFi with a very comfortable arge bed but a bit worn and one bedside light was completely broken. Staff were helpful and friendly, although we parked in the underground car-park (£25 a day) and needed to press a buzzer to be let in AND out and once when leaving waited a very long time before being let out! But location very good (close to O2 and Up The Creek comedy club) and we would return again.

2 night stay - room clean - beds could be a bit more comfy - coffee and croissant very nice - we stayed bed only so cannot comment on breakfast - but overall a very pleasant experience. Hotel is literally next door to train station which was super convenient for getting around London. 10 min walk to the Cutty Sark and surrounds.

Great location but not the best accom
Not the best service. Only time we spoke to someone was on checkout day where there was a knock on the door asking what time we were leaving. Checkout was officially noon. Also the heat of the room was ridiculously hot. Tried to put to 5 degrees to cool it down but it did nothing. Had to keep window open but next to train station and bars so not the best on an evening.
