Quoi dire de plus à part génial, grande chambre, très bien accueillis, bon petit déjeuner, la vue sur la campagne, le calme, et centre ville à 10 minutes en voiture.

Ce B&B est plus que satisfaisant sur tout point de vue. Rien à leur reprocher.

Vue magnifique sur la ville de Derry
Nous sommes arrivés vers 21 heures (après avoir prévenu) ; il faisait nuit. Ce B & B est un peu éloigné de Derry mais les taxis sont peu chers (4 à 5 £ du centre) et le trajet se fait en 5 ou 6 mn. La chambre est grande, simple mais confortable et bien chauffée. L'hôtesse est chaleureuse, son fils et ses aides sont très aimables et serviables. Le lendemain matin nous avons pu apprécier le paysage magnifique bien que nous soyons presque en hiver. .

Gentillesse, serviable, internet et Tv impeccable, douche très grande type italienne mais pas d’ascenseur pour aller à la chambre. 10 min de Derry, je recommande

I thought the property in August and arrived at 1:30 to find no one living there the whole place locked up I rang the doorbell seven I went to another house on the property where there was a sign go to the Manorhouse where I had already been I rang the phone no one answered I’m a 72-year-old woman travelling by myself and I had a panic attack when I realised that the accommodation I had booked in August was not going to be available I shan’t be using Expedia again and I certainly won’t be recommending grow the house to anyone

Hello Dawn.I am sorry you had this experience, it clearly states on all our booking literature that check in is after 5pm,(17.00 hrs). unless pre arrangement has been made with ourselves where I would have been here to check you in, or a front door key would have been left outside for you. As it was a few days before Christmas I had been in the city centre shopping. The room was there for you and we waited until 12.00 midnight on your arrival.RegardsJohn & Margaret Groarty House & Manor.

It was clean, but room not worth the money. Room was very small and warm and no fan. Light didn’t work and toilet separated from floor. Breakfast was fine but room very cramped. Coffee very weak.

Dear NancyI do not understand your review?when you stayed with us you stayed in our family room which has two singles beds and a double bed in it this the largest room on our property and is very big?The room is ensuite the toilet is securely screwed to the floor the ceiling light is working and so is the shaving light above the mirror so all lights are working?if it was coffee served with breakfast we could have made the coffee to your satisfaction if you had told so?The curtesy tray in room has plenty of sachets of Coffee and tea on them? I really don't think the review you have posted is for our property?I think all our previous reviews will bear this out?regards Margaret and John

Great B and B
Margaret is a friendly host who runs an excellent B and B. The room was spacious, had a big TV, hairdryer and coffee making facilities. The breakfast was generous with a good choice. The views from the bedroom were beautiful.

This property was located out of town which made it a nice place to retreat too. But close enough to town and an easy drive. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Our bedroom was large and well appointed. Would highlt recommend. Hj

Amazing B&B
Fantastic Bed and breakfast with that little extra touch of magic which included a wonderful BBQ hut beside a log fuelled hot tub and sauna .. John and Mary are friendly welcoming hosts. Rooms where immaculate. Would give any 5 star hotel a run for their money . We will be back 😍😍

Good quality for its price. The hosts were super nice, you feel like staying in someone's house (which is exactly what you're doing). Breakfast was good and the room was nice and warm. The bed was not the best, and the location is convenient when driving, definitely far if you're taking public transportation. They have two houses, one next to the other, we had two rooms, one in each house. Something to have in mind when traveling with family.

The rooms were a lot larger than a typical bed & breakfast and having a private bathroom in each room was key! The owner was also super kind to prepare a delicious breakfast for our entire party in the morning so that was a wonderful touch.

We left after an hour and a half due to the non stop loud yapping of the owners dog locked in the kitchen after they had gone out and could not be contacted by phone or email
