emplacement parfait! 25min de la gare de train de st pancras, 5min de la garde de paddington, acces facile par autobus de ville. Endroit magnifique, réception rapide et courtoise.

Petit hotel de charme, idéal pour un séjour à Londres. Petits déjeuners hors de l'ordinaire ! Excellent service du personnel qui sont vraiment aidants. La proximité des transports (trains,Metro,Hop On-Hop Off ) facilite de beaucoup les transports ! Nous avons vraiment adoré notre séjour de 9 nuits. Un seul petit bémol, le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de climatiseurs dans les chambres, nous étions à l'automne, et nous avons eu chaud quelques nuits, alors je ne peux imaginer l'inconfort durant les mois d'été. Mais je recommande fortement cet hotel ! Un vrai petit bijou !!

Cet hôtel est parfaitement situé les transports sont partout autour et le quartier sympa (attention aux restos autour « attrape touristes ») Tout est très beau ! En revanche la qualité de la literie reste a désiré, aucune isolation phonique et thermique.. nous avons été réveillé plusieurs fois soit par des gens dans les couloirs ou chambres d’à côté (notamment nous entendions les réveilles des chambres voisines le matin ou la vie extérieur via la fenêtre extrêmement fine) pensez a des bouchons d’oreilles si vous avez le sommeil léger ! Le reste de l’hôtel couloir, café et lounge : rien a redire ! Le petit dej est très qualitatif contrairement au resto alentour et le personnel très agréable et aux petits soins ! Vraiment bémol : pour la chambre et le matelas en particulier !

The Pilgrm is a nice little Hotel convenient to the Paddington Train Station. It is a very busy area and there was some street noise in room. We had a ‘medium’ room and it was pretty small but it had everything we needed. The room was clean and nice. Breakfast was fine.

The Pilgrm was a very cool boutique style hotel. It’s right next to the Heathrow express and Elizabeth line which made it super convenient to get to from the airport. It was a nice area however sort of out of the way from all the main attractions about a 45 minute walk. Lots of stairs if the lift is broken as well and the rooms are super tiny, but if you don’t plan to spend time in the bedroom then highly recommend, breakfast was great and the staff was friendly. I would stay here again!

I liked the Pilgrm hotel in concept, but the medium room should be called the Minuscule room. I did not have enough room to put my 20 lb. Luggage between the wall and the bed. The bathroom was cute and well appointed. There was no feasible plug to use the fan provided in the room. That was once we got to our room- first they refused to hold our luggage due to lack of space. I have NEVER heard of a hotel of that size making such a claim. The man at check out was delightful. I appreciated his helpful and friendly nature. Check in- not so much. Why is a person sitting at a laptop and not able to check a guest in? They require tired travelers to pull out their phone, to self check in. I mean what is the point of a reception person if they refuse to do it. International travelers have to provide address, passport number and credit card even if the room was prepaid, and that information was on the reservation. When my credit card required a code that was being texted to my US number I couldn’t just back up to submit a different card, it cleared out everything I had already entered. At that point I got a condescending”I’ll print a piece of paper and you can do it old school”. This place is trying to hard to be something it is not.

This boutique hotel is just a few minutes walk from paddington station, very convenient if you are coming from Heathrow. The neighborhood is nice around the hotel with pubs and restaurants

Not in the most salubrious area but with some good restaurants nearby if you don't mind it. The "welcome" is odd where you have to enter in bank details in advance which feels dodgy as hell or on arrival if you don't. The bar is super expensive. Layout is very very strange. It's multiple buildings knocked through. Don't stay there if not able to carry your own bags down potentially lots of corridors with multiple steps up and down. Rooms themselves are fine but noise from the station was louder than I expected. Overall as part of a Christmas gift I was disappointed in the standard vs. what I saw online. It's not bad but not somewhere you'd choose as part of a present for the area, welcome and noise.

It’s a lovely property- stylish, visitor-centric,chic, and British! The room is rather small for 2 with luggage, and we didn't expect stairs after taking the lift up. Although their staff helped us move in, we had to carry our luggage down the next morning. It would be a great choice for solo travellers and people without big cases. Very close to the Paddington station and some restaurants nearby open till 11pm and beyond.

Interesting building with strange floor levels . There is a tiny lift, but someone was there to help us get our bags up those levels. Staff was very friendly. Our room was the bunk beds, very small floor space , but adequate for what we needed. Beds were comfy, slept well. Beware the folding bathroom door, hard to get out if you push it all the way closed. Convenient to get to public transport which is what we were looking for. I would stay there again.

Convenient place to stay with great access to the London Underground and the Heathrow Express.(5 mins walk). Rooms are small so I recommend reserving up a level from what you think you need. Nice coffee shop in the lobby. Very chic budget hotel.

This is a good Hotel with a great location, easy to get to. The rooms are really small and the staff can be bit more friendly but overall it is a good place to stay. The coffee is good.

Interior design was 10/10 but lack of a proper front desk and lackluster custom service made the lobby feel unwelcoming. The carpet in our room was dirty and the windowsill did not stay up, preventing fresh air from coming in easily. Lastly, the door to the bathroom had a glass cut out in the middle, so privacy was not easily achieved...

Must be the most convenient hotel for Paddington station. Very small room not great for folks of our age. Lovely friendly staff. Had to open the window as the room was too warm so got lots of street noise throughout the night. For what we needed, it did the job.

the place was great. Several restaurants nearby. Walking distance to Hyde Park and close to Peddinton station. Unfortunately, 1 staff member was not so friendly. There was some difficulty with the deposit at check-in, but another colleague did not do this. Even when checking out, we were not asked anything about our stay. Etc. Despite this, the hotel was nice and we would definitely return.

The hotel was great for location for where I needed to be, the small rooms are VERY small and there is not much space for movement, one to two nights max and I’d go insane. I really really appreciated the little pantry where you can make your own drinks. It felt very private and quiet so I felt comfortable to make a drink when I needed. The check out time was the best part of my stay! I really can’t fault anything about the room considering I knew what I was booking. Lovely staff and had a comfortable stay. I would consider staying again because of the reasonable price range too.

Ideally Located Hotel
Hotel is ideally situated very near Paddington Station. The single room was nice albeit a bit small. The room did not have a closet, desk, or chair. The bathroom was small but clean and with nice amenities. The breakfast menu had a nice selection of items. The staff was very nice, friendly, and accommodating and provided excellent service. The vicinity has numeous pubs and restaurants which provide meals for most appetites.

After initially being given a broom facing the station which was really noisey, we raised the issue and were upgraded and given a wonderful room. The staff were so helpful and couldn’t have done more for us. The rooms were very clean and had all we needed. Loved the pantry and the tea was yummy! Would really recommend this hotel to anyone going to London in the future

Very accesible to de trains and Underground stations, food in the area very good and the hotel is great for stay. I will stay again if i’ll go to london again.
