It's an aesthetically pretty property but the walls and floors are paper thin and you can hear everything and the shower only went freezing or scalding

Very good option near Camden Town (only a 15 minute walk). Clean and spacious room, fair price! We definitely recommend staying the night here.

Really friendly staff who made such an effort to help us celebrate our anniversary! Good knowledge of what's local. Clean modern rooms with a nice communal area to sit/work. I would definitely stay again here or at another Sonder hotel

Lovely hotel for the price, staff pleasant, clean and modern, toiletries provided, hairdryer in rokm and nice touch for iverseas travellers with a plug adaptor. I stau in the area multiple times a month for work and Sonder is one of the best at this price point when the single room is £80-£90

Lovely staff at the desk, very friendly and it was a nice quick process all in all - a nice room, quiet and good sleep, perhaps was a little warm but the radiator had been on prior to our arrival - turning it off opening a window sufficed. Thanks so much!

Room was extremely noisy due to the proximity to the front entrance door. Felt like someone was coming through the room at all hours of the day and night. Bathroom felt like a broom closet...very small

Nice if a touch noisy
Nice stay, clean modern room, app you can use very good and they get back to you very quickly on the customer service section. The building is not sound proofed so noise was the only issue during the stay, a mix of road noise, lots sounds from banging doors in the hallway, lord bangs on the ceiling from upstairs and the air con machine.

Zimmer war sehr klein, auch die Dusche war sehr klein. Abgezählte Handtücher. Minibar war leer. Türen wurden geschlagen, es war sehr laut. Keinerlei Infos über die Stadt London....

Nice and neat little stay!
This is a neat place to stay! Safe secluded and nice staff at the desk. I syster with my 7 year old and we appeeciate free wifi and you tube on the tv, Also a small Fridge and boule is nice to have. It Coatsr extra for cleaning but that is enviromental friendly, we did not read about it before so we thought we wouldnt. The only thing we did not like was the lyhördhet/ noice from the other rooms. But that is so in big cities so what to expect! There are ear plugs in the common area. The bus 29 just outside took us all the way to central London ! For less Than 2 pounds. Great!

No closet space or really anywhere to hang clothes. The fridge box was barely cold. No housekeeping unless you paid extra. Who doesn't have face clothes (wash cloth). But over all we still managed to have a good time and the location was prime. We caught a bus/train everywhere we wanted to go.

So close.
The stay was fine, and well worth the price - staff were friendly in-person, phone support was very helpful, and the location is hard to beat...but a day after checkout I was emailed and told that £250 of my security deposit was being kept, due to "evidence of smoking." The photo provided in the email notification was of a cigarette butt amongst other random rubbish - none of which came from our room. Also, the duvets don't breathe at all so prepare to wake up sweaty.

No useable plug sockets, unusable mirror, noises room from "guests" moving in and out at all hours, smelled of cannabis and a very unthoughtful layout of the room. I've stayed in better hostels, many times!!! The only way to try and change room and sort the problems were by text or to call the US, no one on reception. I have a text conversation with 6 different people over the course of 6 hours for someone to eventually drop off a 4-way plug board so I could charge my phone whilst I sleep. Ridiculous! This room was not cheap, didn't match the picture and was a massive disappointment, not to mention inconvenience as I was trying to work

Kedeligt lille kælderværelse, med vindue bag tremmer, hvis brand ingen vej ud. Varmt, lille seng, åbnede man vinduet kom der røg fra alle rygerne der røg udenfor. Billigt men det var også den eneste fordel

매우 만족스러웠습니다. 큰 방은 아니었지만 침대는 청결했고 방도 깔끔했어요. 숙소를 잡았던 기준 중 첫번째는 청결이었는데 sonder에 적합했습니다. 일단 벌레가 없고, 방 컨디션도 좋았고 역과 거리가 가까워 걸어다니기 좋았어요. 직원들은 매우 친절했고 많은 도움을 줬습니다. 수건과 이불 커버는 필요할 때 요청하여 받을 수 있었습니다. 전 제가 이불커버 갈았어요^^ 또 한가지 단점은 샤워기 호스가 고장나있었어요. 물이 호스사이로 새어 나갔습니다. 수압의 문제는 아니었고 샤워하는데 어려움이 있었지만 그럭저럭 있을만 했어요. 샤워기 호스만 교체해주신다면 완벽합니다^^
