Super appartement tout équipé parquet de partout 2 chambres avec moquettes dont une avec salle de bain et WC, salle de bain avec baignoire et WC , proche des centres d'intérêt, du métro, du bus, supermarché idéal pour un séjour en famille.

Positiv: Gute Größe für 8 Personen mit 4 Doppelbetten und 2 Schlafsofas. U Bahnstation fussläufig zu erreichen Negativ: Schlüssel für Unterkunft muss im Büro der Agentur abgeholt werden was beim Buchen nicht ersichtlich war. Besonders mit Reisegepäck nicht sehr angenehm und beschwerlich erst vom Flughafen zur Agentur und dann noch eine längere Strecke zur Unterkunft zu bewältigen

Während unseres Aufenthalts haben wir einige Punkte festgestellt, die wir gerne mit Ihnen teilen möchten. Obwohl wir eine Unterkunft für sechs Personen gebucht hatten, stellten wir fest, dass der Platz nicht ausreichend war. Das Schlafsofa war lediglich für eine Person geeignet und die Doppelbetten waren eher für anderthalb Personen gedacht (Erw. Kind), da sie nur eine Breite von 1,20 m hatten. Wir möchten auch darauf hinweisen, dass das Badezimmer eine Grundreinigung benötigte, da wir Kalkablagerungen am Waschbecken bemerkten und bei unserer Ankunft Haare im Abfluss der Badewanne vorfanden. Wir hoffen, dass Sie diese Rückmeldung dazu nutzen können, um die Qualität Ihrer Unterkunft zu verbessern.

The place is not what you see on the website. Lacks good customer service. The place is not clean. The kitchen was not clean and the dishwasher looked like someone threw up inside. they didn’t clean well before the next client, but they charged before you got into the apartment and ask more money than you expected. You have to go somewhere far away from the location more than 30 to 45 minutes to get the key then you have to come back to the location. This is the worst I have ever seen. The location was noisy, and I couldn’t sleep at night starting from 12 am to 4 am. The bathroom was not working well and when I tried to contact the property they asked me to fix the sink. They did not even reach out to me or fix the issues after I complained. I do not recommend this place.

Sehr schönes Appartement, schlicht einfach mit schön großen Fenstern. Einzig die Betten sind mit 1,2m zu schmal für 2 Personen. Das hätte leicht 1,6m oder die Standard 1,8m sein können. Aber eine Wohnung zum wohlfühlen...

Property is not clean enough, had problems with heating and fixed next day. They tried to charge us extra £50 coz sent someone to fix the heating unless complained their poor response as the night shift agent wouldn't listen when rang him and hanged up before I finished talking. Sofa bed was terrible and couldn't use it as a bed.

Double beds with single bed duvet. Terrible pillows, flat lumpy and not clean. Not enough place settings to eat for advertised capacity of appartment. Fold out beds terribly uncomfortable. Hot water takes 5min to come through and lasts about 30seconds. When you pick up keys from half way across town you find out it is a different location to what you booked.

Location: improvable communication Flat about 10 min walk from Old Street station. 1st floor. Originally another adress was confirmed in the reservation. At least, this should clearly mentioned!!! Key to be picked up in different location. Design: good nice bricks walls in living rooms, acceptable bathrooms, nice bedrooms, Kitchen is clean and functional BUT, little daylight in the flat Equipment: good All relevant means (kitchen) available, Micro Wave, Oven, Dish washer, fridge, flat tv, but only british channels Space: good 2 separated bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room with kitchen Cleanliness: good BUT BE AWARE about MICE in the flat!!!! Although with physical and ultrasonic traps, which do not work. Mouse opened sandwich bag during our stay. NOT NICE for such catagory of flat !!! Surroundings: ok restaurants, pubs, supermarkets in 3 to 5 min walk Underground station in 10 min walk. Service: good very responsive and polite. Sent immediately someone on request.

BEWARE, bad location, host doesn't care, poor beds
I would not advise to stay here. We were visiting with family for a holiday and this ruined our experience of London. First of all, we thought property was located near Camden town station. It's not, it's about 15 min walk into a residential neighborhood near Old Street station, not very easy to get to with luggage. Flat is on ground floor directly next to street so can't even open the curtains to let in light. Bedrooms are in basement, even less pleasant. The bed was totally horrible, worse than the cheapest mattress it's possible to buy, backache material. No shower amenities, had to get our own. We called host for clothes dryer not working, they don't bother to respond. WORST HOST EVER !! STAY AWAY !

Sämsta bokningen jag någonsin gjort på hotels.com! - Vi var tvugna att hämta nyckeln på andra sidan stan, väldigt osmidigt att ta sig! - Adressen för vår lägenhet är inte den samma som står om man söker på hotellet - Vi fick betala extra för att vi checkade in efter kl 20.00 - Personal ringde och hetsade oss och frågade när vi skulle komma när vi stod på flygplatsen (vi hade redan mailat om vår ankomsttid) - Jätteliten dubbelsäng och en bäddsoffa som var ett skämt, bara fjädrar - Värmen och varmvattnet gick sönder andra natten, detta ordnades under dagen men när vi kontaktar företaget efteråt för att få någonstans kompensation får vi inget svar överhuvudtaget, trots fler mail (det var kallt under natten och vi kunde inte duscha eller bada bebisen som var med i sällskapet..) - Utanför sovrummet fanns en stark strålkastare som lös rakt in, hela natten. Nä, hela denna vistelsen var ett skämt!

Lovely, modern and spacious.
Lovely modern spacious apartment. I would only improve it by scaling up the furniture in the open lounge/diner to suit the space as it looked a bit lost. Bedroom 1 had a mild damp smell which came from the bare bickwork and I got a few wafts at night. Otherwise I used the second bedroom. Getting the key from Camden was a bit of a pain buy I fetched in on my journey in to St Pancras as its only one stop down. Dispite this I would still definitely go back to this place.

Check-in is in distant location and make the arrival day though and annoying. one UBER to the the check-in and another UBER to the apartment. it was mentioned only after the booking. some of the photos of the apartment on the web site were not taken at the apartment we got. the place is not clean enough (for example - hairs on pillow and in shower).

Fin leilighet med god beliggenhet med rikelig plass til 2 voksne og en ungdom. Leiligheten var stor, to soverom med dobbeltseng og kombinert stue med sovesofa og kjøkken med spiseplass. Kjøkkenet var velutstyrt med oppvaskmaskin, fryser og vaskemaskin. Det var balkong med utgang fra stuen. Badet var fint med badekar. Det tok 5 minutter til nærmeste metrostasjon, Old Street. Gode restauranter i nærheten, bl.annet Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen som lå vis a vis leiligheten. Bussholdeplass i umiddelbar nærhet. Det var hetebølge i London da vi var der, så vi savnet AC, men med åpne vinduer gikk det greit. Vi trivdes godt i leiligheten og kan anbefale den til andre som vil ha et greit overnattingssted på storbyferie i London.

Misrepresentation of offer
In Expedia's offering of the property, it is stated that the apartment cannot be used for parties and therefore, gives the impression that the building will be a place where all tenants respect this rule. Nothing could be further from the truth--we checked in on Saturday night and were subjected to a party organized by our neighbor across the hall. Music vibrations and loud voices prevented us from getting a good night's sleep. Upon leaving the flat for breakfast at 11:00am, I had to go through a hall way that smelled of alcohol and cigarettes, and was greeted by three strangers in lobby who asked me to enter the lift code. The street door was wedged open by a bath towel, meaning anyone could enter. I think the party ended sometime Sunday afternoon. NOT FUN!! I'd like a refund for the first night please.

Nice apartments
We enjoyed our stay. We got 2 nice two bed room apartments. It was in a wonderful area with bus stops within a 5 min walk. The tube is further away, around 10 minutes. The major problem is the checkin which is 30 minutes away in Camden Town, but if you know your way around town, it is not a problem. There is a supermarket 5 minutes away which was great. I guess the experience all depends on which apartment you get. Thanks to there staff, we got 2 apartments in the same building or else it would be a disaster. We had a good experience in their apartments.

Highly recommend
We loved the apartment ,it’s large even by Australian standards and very comfortable. The large kitchen had everything we needed including a washer & dryer. We absolutely enjoyed the location easy to catch the tubes and lovely cafes. Even though we had to collect the keys in a different area it wasn’t difficult. My only issue was having to Check-out at 10am and we were not able to store luggage until we left.

Excellent flat, reasonable price. The staff was kind and responsible. Location may not be the address in hotels.com, but comparable in term of the distance to the tube.

Nice apartment but beware- you have to travel 40 mins on tube to get to your keys (by tube). When you get there you'll be charged £40 cash for 'cleaning'
