Dear Shem,The room you stayed is newly renovated, new bed/mattress, new super huge 55” TV, Free Netflix, Prime Video, unlimited tea/coffee, shower is also newly renovated. We also provide all amenities that a traveller needs at free of cost and free parking when other changes 15-18 for parking.Can you pls specify a bit so that we can understand the real issue and resolve? You can let us know this to the number we communicated. We will definitely listen our guests and improve.

Hello,You liked to stay but your wife had disagreement with your wife. We definitely have room with private bathroom. It’s very sad that you booked room with shared bathroom at budget price just because ours is cheapest in the area but expected private bathroom. If you wanted private bathroom, you should have paid more and book private. We provide everything a traveller needs at free of cost - welcome water, towels, unlimited tea/coffee/fruits, free Netflix/amazon prime, huge 65” smart TV that you can’t find even in 5 star hotel, free parking, big & beautiful garden, sitting hall etc. So, your claim of lack of facility is not true.Our location is 12 min from Heathrow airport, 7 min walk to town centre, close to 24 hours public transport. When you say scary area, it questions your honesty. As soon as you booked, We sent emails to verify the room or anything you need but you did not care to reply. Even though not our mistake, we advised you to cancel and release room so that we can refund but you did not. We treated you with respect - asking tea/coffee.We advise you to kindly go through details of the room before you book but not hurry because it’s cheap & budget price. It causes inconvenience to you and us.

Dear Rajesh,We generally get 99% guests who are ethical and principled. 1% guests are found to be so unethical. When their plan change, they twist and play around to get refund inspite of the fact that booking is non-refundable. You asked to refund because room was small even when the room is big enough for two beds. Then your claim changed, We asked you to co-operate & provide evidence of your claims to investigate but you did not. Sadly you are among those 1%.

When used first time, we need to flush out cold water from pipe, so tap shud be opened for few moments by turning towards hot side. it seems you did not turn the tap towards hot side. We have informed house keeper regarding cup and fixed the issue with TV as well. We are not perfect but improving daily. We listened your feedback and fixed all issues. Dear Valued Guest, Thanks for staying with us.Room you are referring is storage & security room, that our staff requested you to avoid and not to look into. Readers may misunderstand that’s it’s inside the guest room and separated by curtain. Definitely guest room & security/storage rooms are completely separated wall. We are upgrading & doing gardening & renovation work, that’s why storage & alley have more stuffs. Again this alley is not for guests, it’s in the side of main building, guests are not supposed to reach it. For guests, we have garden, hall where guests can relax, that our staff show to guest during checkin. Smell you are referring can be paint smell. We do not have cat in the property.We are improving everyday to do better than yesterday. Thanks for liking our service.

Dear unethical guest,We work with ethics and principles and we expect ethics and principle from you. Let’s see who is wrong here:1. Property name was “ABNB Accommodation Close to Heathrow Airport” when you booked. Isn’t name enough? 2. When you search list clearly shows it’s “managed by private host” not hotel. 3. List clearly shows number bed, bed size, room size but you manipulated system by booking 1 single room for 5 adults. Didn’t you see number of beds during booking? Is 5.7 feet tall boy really child for sleeping purpose? A child is one who can sleep in between parents in same bed. But to save money, you just booked. You knew that if you book in hotel it will be 4 times costly4. We immediately sent message as soon as you booked and warned you about bed size when you booked for 5 people. We sent at least 5 messages to your email inbox. But you ignored all messages purposely and you picked up only one email that contained address of the property because you need to reach property. We informed this when you checked in. How you picked up only one email message but ignored all?5. We advised you to cancel and offered refund if the room is not suitable for you. Why you ignored?6. You provided unreachable phone number. We tried many times to contact you. What a shame! What an unethical way you chose to save money! How irresponsible! Still so inhuman to blame others? Next time, before you travel, kindly educate yourself that all travel websites list all kinds of properties not only hotel, read information properly and do not ignore messages/emails. Most importantly, do not stab back those who treat you nicely. Still we gave you best service by proving water, fruits, 5 towels, unlimited tea/coffee, free Netflix, 65” enormous sized TV. This is how we are different and treat unethical people nicely.We serve humans not guestsNote: We request Expedia to delete such unethical reviews/rating from unethical guests and ban them permanently as you can see all evidences. We work hard to give best service but such unethical review/comment discourage our staffs.
