This flat is a perfect base for exploring all that the city has to offer.

The Space:

Famous for hosting the worlds second largest carnival after Rio and for the bustling Portobello Road Market, it is a must visit for anyone seeking a classic London experience. Each weekend, visitors flock to explore the market’s two mile stretch, where vibrant terraces sit alongside antique shops, live performers, historic pubs and clothing stalls. While Saturdays are the busiest with antiques and fashion markets in full swing, you will also find charming produce stalls where sellers call out their wares in scenes that feel timeless. Street food stands offer everything from churros and crepes to bratwurst and paella. Beyond the Westway sports centre the market takes on a more rugged atmosphere, but it is worth continuing for the people watching and the impressive Portobello Wall, a 100 metre canvas of public art. Often described as one of Londons many villages, Notting Hill is full of character and charm. Whether you are there to see the sights or simply to wander, it is easy to see why so many fall in love with this lively neighbourhood. Getting Around:
Located to the west of central London, Notting Hill benefits from straightforward connections to Heathrow Airport as well as the M4 and M40 motorways. The area is well linked by the Underground, with Notting Hill Gate and Holland Park stations on the Central line offering direct trains to Bank. Latimer Road, Ladbroke Grove and Westbourne Park stations sit on the Hammersmith and City and Circle lines with services to Moorgate. Notting Hill Gate falls within Zone 1, while the other stations are all in Zone 2.

For commuters, several useful bus routes operate through the area. The No 7 runs to Oxford Circus, the No 23 reaches Liverpool Street via Oxford Street, the No 52 travels to Victoria, and the No 452 connects to Vauxhall via Sloane Square.

Our stay

We stayed there for our mutual business trip. All went well with the only comment regarding the wifi which is on the light side especially if you have Teams meetings. Overall charming place, good location and we enjoyed it.
