To ensure the most comfortable and safe environment for everybody, we require our guests to follow some basic hygiene rules. We take this very seriously and we wonât hesitate to take action (= ask you to vacate the property immediately and/or charge additional fees) if we notice that rules arenât followed or if complaints from other guests are received.

- Keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm.
- There shall not be smoking inside the home. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied.
- Please do not rearrange furniture. If you are staying long-term and need a re-arrangement, please message us.
- If guests are found to have had a party without the host's permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
- Youâre welcome to invite friends and colleagues into the apartment from time to time and within your private spaces. However, suppose anyone is sleeping in the property without being registered previously or notified to us. In that case, YOU AND YOUR GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY AND A FINE OF ÂŁ500 would be applicable.
- If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY AND A FINE OF ÂŁ500 would be applicable.
- Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community, not a hotel, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. (Respect our property and our things)
BATHROOM
- Please be extremely considerate about how you leave the bathrooms. All guests have the right to a clean and decent environment. Clean after yourself.
BEDROOM
- Noise to be kept to a minimum - no loud music/television after 10 pm.
- Tie up your garbage bag and just leave it inside your room, we'll take care of it.
CAMERAS
- Please be advised that we have cameras in the hallway for safety and security purposes. All clips are stored for 24 hours and automatically deleted thereafter. Please feel free to reach out to us before booking if you have any questions/clarification on this matter.
KEYS
The lockbox is the only safe place to leave your key. If after checkout the keys are not in the lockbox or the lockbox is not closed correctly, you will be charged ÂŁ100 because we would have to change the entire lock for the safety of the other neighbors.
UNAUTHORIZED LATE CHECKOUT
Our cleaners have a strict schedule to follow so any unauthorized checkout that delays their schedule will result in a ÂŁ100 fine.
